Without photos the system won’t proceed. Customer service was also unhelpful. This experience completely defeats the purpose of ordering online to save time. Today, I received an email saying that three of the items were out of stock and were refunded directly. Another item I bought was a Japanese milk tea, but they replaced it with a different brand without any communication at all. The brand they swapped in has a very high sugar content, which is not what I wanted. I’ve never seen service like this before. I contacted customer service, and they asked me to leave my email and name. I need to cancel the rest of the items that are showing as shipped. I originally made the purchase just to buy one particular item, and I added other items only to reach the $35 minimum. What’s worse, they stopped delivering tomatoes says it could be not fresh or out-of-stock - bad management - when they refund, they deduct the proportion of the tomatoes price from the new user discount! That makes me feel customers are responsible for bad tomatoes!
