Service
The most convenient service ever
Amazing but …
I’ve used the app for several years for almost everything I wanted to do in terms or transaction however the past few weeks, whenever I try to do anything, the app crashes and I receive error messages. Uninstalled and reinstalled, updated and still crashes at every function… Please don’t let this destroy what you built till date as the concept of Dubai Now App is just amazing.
I had a very bad experience with this app
For me it’s the worst app ever i had an application got rejected more than a year ago and till now i didn’t get the refund my experience with them was very bad i don’t recommend this app to anyone unfortunately i have sent too many emails and many calls and nobody was able to help me to get the refund Every time i just get promises that this will be done shortly and now it’s been more than a year without solving my problem
Golden standard for government services
We only understand its true value and real need after we use it… it is really great
Worst Application and Service
The worst application and customer support I’ve ever been used, their Technical team is useless they’re unable to resolve requested issues, just keep dragging until you forgot.
Inconsistency
I dont see my empower bill but i have received it by email though
UAE pass
Logging in through UAE Pass isn’t working. The app makes me wait and then shows an error
Update issues
Why is it that after every update users face issues with logging in?? After the latest update im getting a pop up window stating that user cancelled uae pass
