This is the most useless and unreliable transit app ever. Literally Never shows the right time of any public vehicle. A streetcar would be in front of you but it either shows it coming in 28 minutes or it has left 5 minutes ago. Good for nothing!!!

In one lick I will see in real time all busses heading my way to and from the turn around point without needing to know their bus numbers. 6 busses arriving there and whatever is arriving at my stop heading the other way.

I find a lot of the time that the time indicator for the buses is incorrect. Sometimes you will completely lose the bus and it will show for the next one, but when you check other apps that bus will still be on schedule. And when a bus is running late, it don’t show it especially if you’re in the station itself.

What’s the use of a bus scheduling app if it can’t get the times right. It’s routinely off by up to 15-20 minutes. Busses show up when they shouldn’t and are not there when they should be. Great app but totally useless.

When announcements are made on subway it’s impossible to understand them. 
If they were posted on Alerts on this app it would greatly help. 

When a subway station is under construction and not accessible it should be on Alerts ( like St Clair West station). Streetcars haven’t been entering for many months. Requires hiking in from another stop. Hard for Seniors. Info on this should be available on this app’s Alerts.
