## ttyl audio journal Description
ttyl – mindful journaling through audio time capsules

ttyl helps you capture life's moments in your own voice and revisit them when you least expect it. Record a thought, choose when it comes back, and forget about it. Weeks, months, or years later it returns to you like a small dose of time travel.

Whether you're sending wisdom to your future self, documenting everyday life, or staying connected with people you love across time, ttyl is a simple, unfiltered way to preserve and rediscover personal moments.

HOW IT WORKS
· Record — say what's on your mind. No editing, no filters, no overthinking it.
· Choose when it comes back — pick an exact date, or let ttyl surprise you somewhere between a month and three years from now.
· Forget about it — we'll let you know when it's ready.

WHY PEOPLE USE IT
· Reflect and let go — capture a thought in the moment without polishing it first.
· Meet your past self — revisit old predictions, relive a mood, notice how much has changed.
· Stay connected across time — send a recording to someone you love, or keep a private archive of your own.

STAMPS
One stamp makes one recording. You get 3 free when you sign up. If you want more, stamp packs are available in the app — no subscription, and stamps never expire.

PRIVACY
Your recordings are private by default and encrypted at rest. Only you, and anyone you choose to share a recording with, can hear them. No transcription, no AI listening in, no feed to scroll.

No filters. No curated feeds. Just your voice, saved and transported through time.

## ttyl audio journal Reviews in United States

### ***** "Great little app!"
Really enjoy the minimalist design on this app. It helps me focus on recording the messages. Getting them back is such a joy- I get to relive memories with friends and family. There are prompts to help if I run out of ideas on what to say. Overall, it’s a great little app!
-- Sophzilla, 2025-03-03

### ***** "Fresh idea"
Good idea to have busy people record their thoughts on audio rather than journaling.
-- annie busy, 2025-03-02

### ***** "Simple and fun tool for reflection"
My partner and I use it to capture little moments in our relationship. We record short clips each day we go out and do something together. The recordings are put in a time capsule just long enough for us to forget about them. Whenever a recording is returned, we get a little rush from seeing the notification, and revisiting these moments is always a nice surprise.
