L’application nous force à passer par différents écrans pour rien. Bouton de retour nous sort de l’application. En plus, les offres ne sont même plus intéressantes.

Je n’achèterai plus sur Tuango  des cadeaux j’ai acheté un tableau lumineux pour ma petite fille et quand je l’ai reçu j’ai été très très déçu je ne m’attendais pas à ça. Je lui donnerai même pas tellement je suis déçu et quand tu veut clavarder avec le personnel de Tuango tu n’es même pas capables de leur répondre ça fonctionne pas. Vraiment  déçu et je vais le dire à tout le monde de ne pas acheté ce tableau lumineux.

Like others said, what’s the point of an app that redirects you to a browser?
Can’t update your profile, can’t view your orders or your vouchers...
You can buy through the app but the kart disappears if you get out of it to continue shopping and the only way for it to reappear is to choose another offer. 
Terrible shopping experience. 

I remember the app being better than that and so was the website. Now you can’t even register a billing address so you have to type it in every time you buy something. And getting your voucher now takes forever. It’s been almost 24 hours and still no email (I check my junk mail folder periodically). Clicking on “view voucher” in the browser does nothing either. I’m very disappointed.

À quoi sert une App sinous sommmes redirigés vers un site web, le but d'une App. c'est de tout faire sur la même platforme.  L'App au début était mieux conçue et plus agréable à utiliser
