Just recently updated the app to version 3.11, the app keeps crashing.

Do you know that the app developers actually can peep at all the messages you send on the app itself? Because they read and called me up out of the blue and tried to sell me a package. I’ve already politely declined but the person over the phone was extremely pushy and repeated again and again the same old points without any new points to solve my concerns (the concerns on why I declined the package). In the end, they even deactivated my account. Bravo. So this means it’s either i sign up or I don’t get to use. All in all, this app peeps into people’s privacy and has extremely pushy sales. Use at your own risk.

The 50 word self-description is not optional- I can’t proceed unless I complete this. Also, the app repeatedly asks to submit a document/photo/video of mine that “represents you”. I tried doing so but it does not work. I can’t move to the next section of the app - it’s basically stuck. Separately, do you have a data protection policy and practice in place for all the data requested for? Ie address, DOB etc?

The service works great in matching students to teachers. More importantly, the staff are always polite and friendly, going the extra mile to support users. Overall a great experience!

I was attracted by the ad regarding yoga classes and decided to give this a try. The initial setup was a torture - it asked me for a 50 character description of myself without explaining what this description will be used for or who will be the audience. After getting by this by entering some babbles, I realized that filling the form was a total time waster - it only allows you to search for a predefined address when I could have easily filled these fields up in 3 seconds by filing up with my lovely iPhone shortcuts. Then the tedium of having to fill up the subject, education standard, level of experience when all I wanted to see was a quick overview of yoga trainers around my area. Realized it’s a total waste of time - uninstalled in a flash right after this. Come on, in this age, if you need a good tutor (yes I gave up of possibility of finding yoga trainer here), google does a fantastic job without having to fill up those formalities. Or just take a look at kiasuparents that has been around for over a decade.

This is a great app, giving others the opportunity to connect with students or Trainers/Coaches of the various interests and hobbies. I am a first time user, all eager to explore the possibilities of this awesome app but I get disappointed that the app crash quite frequently, when sending a message or searching. Look forward to seeing this app develop.

The app crashes every time I make a search. I can’t proceed any further.

I saw their advertisement on the train and downloaded the app. The linking up between students and teachers are very prompt. I like this app actually as it's very useful, but I think it must be still in the start-up or growing stage where things can't load consistently. Eg: many times the Find feature just hangs at loading. I think there are much more potential for this app in the future and more features can be added to the app too. Let's just wait and see
