Bad Coordinator (Ms Tan)

Always ask for tutors to pay in order to get the client/parents’ contact but didn’t give appropriate amount of time for tutor to consider, then passed the opportunity to other tutor. Asked several times (even phoned twice) to reconfirm the details as it was unclear but go to no avail, she always don’t answer queries properly. All in all, the dealing from Ms Tan’s side was super unprofessional and uncomfortable, PAINFUL EXPERIENCE!
