## TukTuk Scooters Reviews in United States

### *---- "Pricing is a total scam"
Installed the app, tried the scooter for 10 minutes. App said my total ride cost was $1.50. I ended the ride, app charged me $10. Either app is a total scam or their pricing is wildly misleading. Not good either way. Beware.

### ****- "It’s good but has some issues!"
I love riding the scooters and their useful for good and quick transportation, but their some issues. One time I tried to purchase the VIP pass but it took away $10 dollars, but the VIP pass didn’t apply. I was hoping to get that issue fixed.
-- Brallel, 2024-10-09

### ***** "Amazing Customer Service"
Dabbagh has always responded extremely fast with helpful answers and always makes sure my issue gets fixed. I’ve been using Tuk Tuk scooters for about 3 years now. And it makes life on campus so much easier. Especially during the summer. Thank you Tuk Tuk!

### ***** "Best service ever"
Fast scooter never find a guy like James around a man of his word keeps his and give him a raise best service ever
-- Somthing absolutely ridiculous, 2024-08-28

### *---- "Horrible!"
It’s takes longer to try and set up the app and payment method than if you just walked to where you were going. It always glitches and at some point it charged me $50 and then blocked my account I never saw my money again. Also, forget about talking to a customer service agent they don’t exist, they don’t answer emails and there’s no one to talk to over the phone.
-- kmzm19, 2024-08-27

### ***** "Greatest experience"
First time riding the scooters and amazing experience James was an amazing representative!! I was one the scooters for more than an hour and he helped me throughout the whole way and an amazing experience!!!!!
One of the most greatest human beings I’ve ever met and he will give you a good time!!! Worth the money spent!!!!!
-- alexander918, 2024-08-05

### *---- "HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"
Beware these are the worstscooters ever. I tried to ride to them and the boat barely accelerated. Then when I tried to lock them, it would not turn off. These are the absolute worst brand of scooters to rent!
-- Theo Mathews-lyon, 2024-07-25

### *---- "App won’t work"
Enter credit card, fail. Try Apple Pay, fail. Login process too hard and drawn out. Do you really need my picture? Give me a break. Streamline your flow and maybe you’ll get my money.
-- robgwilson, 2024-07-14

### ***** "Tuk tuk is awesome!"
I’ve been using the tuk tuk for years and it’s been working perfectly for me! It goes up to 15 mph even uphills so it doesn’t slow down. It’s easy to ride and hella fun!
-- Mattheww3, 2024-05-26

### ***** "Love Tik Tik"
