## TULU Reviews in United States

### *---- "Does not work"
I’ve tried to use this app three separate times, each time it has becomes a 45 minute time sink.
-- Kern31, 2025-09-26

### *---- "Overly complicated and expensive"
Imagine you wanted a soda out of the vending machine. Well if you wanna pay a monthly fee plus by the overpriced soda, then you’ve gotten one from these vending.

You wanna print one or two page. Again, you have to pay a membership plus pay to print.

Then there are cool gadgets that aren’t very day-to-day friendly. Wanna try a Roomba, well, those are meant to do because it doesn’t belong to you.
-- Heidirose, 2025-08-13

### *---- "Terrible experience"
Rented a VR headset was broken, asked to go back and collect the other one, that had no batteries in controllers and had been logged out, could not log in based on instructions provided. Terrible waste of 2 hrs. Would not recommend
-- Nycdad2024, 2025-08-10

### *---- "doesnt even work"
can’t make an account, getting “internal error” therefore i can’t even use the app.
-- easymoneysniperspizza, 2025-07-22

### **--- "Could be good and convenient but it doesn’t deliver"
We live in a brand new 858 units building and they put this tiny mini bar with 3 little shelves to hold beverages for the entire community. The result: it’s rarely full and when it’s stocked up it looks rushed and disorganized even though most of the times only offering 3 options of beverages - Red Bull, Celsius and water or coconut water. It sounds ridiculous but it’s almost impossible to get regular coke and other regular sodas here, definitely not on the regular.
A standard coke vending machine is much better, which is sad bc TULU could be very good and convenient if residents could found towhr a good variety of beverages always stocked up and maybe even offer other products with seasonal theme.
-- Straightupnyc, 2025-07-17

### *---- "Greedy capitalism"
I was feeling unwell and wanted a Gatorade. I’ve never seen these vending machines before, but I was shocked when I realized I had to download an app pay six dollars a month just to still pay for a small Gatorade. Very greedy
-- b by hb, 2025-05-25

### *---- "Not Available 24/7"
You have to send Photo Copy of ID, Front and Back, and a selfie in front of the locker for approval which must be approved by a manager who is not available 24/7.
-- Bankers82654218, 2025-03-11

### *---- "FRAUD APP - DO NOT USE"
I canceled during the first day of the free trial, they still charged me $48 for an annual membership. I opened a fraud claim with my credit card company; which TULU initially declined. So I sent evidence to my bank proving that I did cancel the same day the trial started. The claim is still under investigation so TULU has blocked me from using their app, while also not returning my money. So now out $48 and unable to access the app. Their customer service has confirmed this, and sends me obnoxious messages.

In addition to their fraudulent services, my actual experience with their equipment was really awful. The roomba was filthy, and on low battery. The airwrap, was also dirty - had hair all over it, and was missing most of the accessories. The printer worked fine though.

DO NOT USE TULU
-- Some_Reviewer56, 2025-02-08

### ***** "TUTU to easy"
Wow just like ice cream I didn’t have to twinkle my nose and poof there was ice nice idea
-- Haje strong island, 2025-01-16

### *---- "Monthly Payments really?"
lol I have to pay $5 dollars a month to use this vending machine
-- Namivkb, 2025-01-12
