Love that this recommends a list of things I can track for IBS but also lets you customise to track other symptoms or factors you want to track. I’ve been managing chronic fibromyalgia and I love that I can track my symptoms for everything all in the one place. I’ve been logging food, mood, physical activity, work stress, insomnia, self care practices and even keeping gratitude notes. I can’t wait to do this for a few weeks and see if there’s any trends on the graph. Would love if i could tick my meds off when I’ve taken them rather than log them each time. I’ve deleted my other symptom tracking app!
