This app needs to be adjusted for 12+ and not restricted for 17 yrs old and up please. Other than that my tune worked well and I like that it reads check engine codes as well. Easy set up and use.

Doesn't work on phone

On iPhone 15 pro max couldn't get a read done after sever hours, would get stuck on "sending file 1 of 7" with no loading bar or timer to know it was not working. Switched to iPad and everything worked properly after the first 2 reads failed on step 7 of 7. Then iPad would not send the file to the tuner, so I had to switch back to phone to finally get this "20 minute" process done after several hours.

cant see logos at the bottom of the screen

iphone 15 pro max. intial download everything works as it should. after a while the icons on the bottom and take you to where you want to go in the app are missing. i can still go to places but have to guess where im going with trial by error. really annoying.

RTD Bluetooth doesn’t connect or anything

It literally worked once for data log today and now it literally won’t connect or even find it in Bluetooth settings: I’ve had one of these couple yrs ago and never had an issue with it. I could of data logged with a laptop with sct. I dont see the value in paying $300 for a unit that doesn’t work or you have to spend hours trying to troubleshoot. Also after sending a ecu in having to wait two weeks. Not happy.

Ok when it works

Have been using this app with my iPhone for about a year. I haven’t had a lot of problems, but have had a few connectivity issues over that time. In the past 2 weeks, the app has started having a lot of issues. File sync sometimes doesn’t work. I can’t data log half the time and it crashes then closes on its own. This week is even worse. It will not data log at all. It starts then locks up and closes. I’m wondering if this is due to the latest update or something else.

Customer service

Absolutely no help from the customer service department on emails and try to explain that you don’t have a invite code and then they tell you contact this company and then you get told to contact Hp tuner and they point fingers at the other person, I just wanted to get a invite code for my account and no help from anybody.

absolute garbage

No customer service, have tried for hours to get my stock tune to download, each time it goes thru a process and gets to about 15% and fails. Paid a bunch of money on this and tunes that I can even get. Going back to SCT.

Mpvi3

At first I was going to give it 1 stars just because when trying to load the file it took me about 2-3 hours, finally got it to work but then got stuck on another part that would take another 2-3 hrs. Not sure if it’s for everybody but doing the app on your iPhone makes it impossible to actually tune or do anything with the mpvi3 tried my iPad and within 5-10 mins it worked.

SCT user switched to HP Tuners

Long time SCT user giving HP Tunerd a try. TDN is Super unreliable. Often crashes in the middle of flashing pcm/tcm. Can’t believe I haven’t bricked one of them yet. HP Tuners needs to find a way to integrate the TDN system with windows and the VCM Suite as that hard connection seems to be much more reliable. And faster.
