Secure Access

Works great for secure access to resources and for PCP

Blank screen after SSO in iPhone 15

Trying to setup work apps on my new phone and constantly getting a blank white screen once I complete the SSO. Tried killing the app and restarting with no luck. Device is iPhone 15 Pro Max.

“Disconnected Access Denied”

Always seems to be disconnected so I can barely do my job.

Not connecting like it should. Need it to perform my job.

Garbage app. Always have to reinstall app to get it to work.

This is the worst app I’ve ever had to use. It works, then it doesn’t, then it does again. If I could give it a zero or negative star I would. It will work on my iPhone but not my iPad, then it will work on my iPad, but not my iPhone; what is the problem? I can’t use my work apps without it and it hasn’t worked on my iPhone or iPad since Dec 15. Why can’t your tech people figure out why it arbitrarily fails? I sure hope my company isn’t paying you for use of this app because it’s a waste of our money, and my time.
