## TurboTax Reviews in United States

### *---- "Scam!!!"
Be careful of your money! I wanted to file my taxes and they said everything looks good, so I paid, and only after they charged my credit card did my taxes get rejected. I was on the phone for hours going from one live agent to accountant from turbo tax and they were trying to see why was my taxes rejected, they were not able to help me. When I asked for a refund since my taxes were rejected and not filed , I only got back a portion, the rest I was denied.
I ended up going to an actual accountant who was much cheaper and was able to see right away what the issue was!

### *---- "wont give refund"
the irs has no proof of ever getting my refund and turbo tax wont refund me my $80 do not recommend.
-- sorengaill24, 2025-05-12

### *---- "What a scam"
Insanely overpriced for the service and product you receive. Absolutely not worth using. Can not recommend them. You will have problems. You will not get the help you need. Let this company and its malicious business practice die, and just use a local tax expert.
-- Godfetus666, 2025-05-12

### *---- "Terrible"
Would never suggest this to anyone it’s a scam false information and takes more time and money than it should horrible horrible horrible please do your self a favor and do not use
-- Jmj1723, 2025-05-11

### *---- "Absolute Disaster"
After filing my taxes with Turbo Tax, I have not received a refund within 3 months. After trying to contact for support multiple times, I can never get past their AI service. When checking the status of my refund, I keep getting an error on the IRS site. I was finally able to get a phone number for assistance from the AI service, when I called it, IT WAS ANOTHER AI. That AI told me my taxes and had not been filed, even though the app and confirmation emails from turbo tax had said they’d been filed. Still, I have not gotten any help on this at all.
-- SmoothyJ, 2025-05-09

### *---- "Not recommend"
The tax form expert can't help you with your questions
And he just laugh when I tried to describe my case with lot ways of income
-- Mykola_niko, 2025-05-06

### *---- "Muy mala"
Hice 90k no tengo dependes me quitaban más de 500 cada mes de impuestos y nome devolvieron ni un dólar según el contador al contrario me tocó pagarles 500 al estado y 280 al contador
-- Bad2416, 2025-05-06

### *---- "Trash"
Yes it’s a convenient way to do your taxes but complete liars saying it’s free. They charged me $300 to file. Next year I’ll go somewhere else.
-- Damitre Dahl, 2025-05-03

### *---- "Can’t file, had to print & mail"
Never again
-- Caden Liams, 2025-05-03

### ***-- "Taking a picture of your W2 is pointless.😩"
The commercials make it seem like you don’t have to do much work at all.😑
