•	You can review your remaining usage in your tariff and package from the Usages page of your mobile account, view your current invoice/balance, and earn GB, minutes and many other gifts by playing Sil Süpür with its gifts renewed every week.

•	From the Transactions menu, you can easily and safely perform bill payment, review invoice details, manage invoice settings, tariff and package information inquiry, commitment start and end inquiry, TL top-up and TL request transactions, manage line and call settings and many more.

•	You can access the tariffs and packages that suit you from the store menu, discover our other digital services and applications that suit your needs, and benefit from digital-only opportunities. You can also review Bi’Dünya Opportunity campaigns and benefit from discounts on popular brands.

•	You can quickly access frequently used bill payment/TL top-up, package purchasing and Special for Me menus via Quick Transactions.

Recent redesign of the app provides and improved UX in many operations, however the app fails on many services, especially payments and top-ups. This is not acceptable at all, critical operations like top-ups and package purchases should work without downtime. I recommend informing users about any service interruptions and provide estimated timelines to resolve.

I really like the app but the app after certain time it chucks you out and it asks you to re log in. To re log in we have to send a message to ourselves. I really wished that staying on time is more durable for longer periods. I’m not in Turkey now so I can’t check my balances and etc. because I can’t receive text messages or anything to re log in. 

Please do something about this issues. Apart from that everything is so far fine. I hope this will sort it out asap.
