Basics are not working
The app constantly forgets my reservation. I purchased a seat during check in, then the check in process never completed and I never got the seat I paid for.

Lost Baggage
I couldn’t find my baggage when I reached Istanbul coming from Amsterdam flight No. TK1952 on 11 April 2024. They ask me my address to send to my address in Saudi Arabia. Next day I received a call fro IST Airport they told me they will send the baggage to Riyadh or Jeddah, but my address is in Tabuk. Please send to same address I gave you.
Can’t add miles
You can’t add miles that weren’t credited on Star Alliance flights, because the app doesn’t allow you to add your seat number - and as a result you can’t submit your request.
Ticket change
My flight from Toronto to Entebbe was changed to a later time,same day for operational reasons. I was charged 3 usd. How do you justify putting this fee on every passenger when it’s no fault of our own?
worst service in airline
Could not manage my booking through website, nor App. called their center and been put on hold for 30 minutes before they hang up on me and never call back. called the second day and when we got to payment it did not go through due to system error. never again on Turkish Airlines.

Buggy app and buggy website
I tried to buy a ticket on TK from Detroit to Tunis. The app/website were often showing incorrect prices in the matrix of dates and fares. You find about that when select a date and try to finalize… The main issue was that when you reach the step to pay, you get an error message that you need to contact customer service. I ended up contacting customer service in the US who took my info to get back to me, and never did… I ended up buying from another airline company. I am writing this review because I care about TK and like the airline company, and want them to address these basic problems that make them loose customers in these very competitive times.
