The app had promise, and I subscribed like an idiot...
it was only after the subscription did it become apparent that every person you talk to definitely is not as real as their profile suggest.....
a reverse google image search also highlighted this issue. Unfortunately apple makes it difficult to get money back in this scam operation.... This app is NOT good.
Scam
I revived 15 likes on my profile. And most of them were fake profiles..
I want to redound my money back..!
Spam Texts within 5 minutes of entering info
It’s not entirely conclusive but it IS awfully odd how after entering in my phone number I almost immediately started receiving fishing texts for the first time in a year. Bad app & even worse practices by taking advantage of lonely people for profit.
Good concept but too many scammers
I like the idea but there are waaay to meant fake people and scammers here. I wish the app did a better job in preventing those people from joining
Don’t bother
Almost entirely scammers. 99% of the accounts I’ve interacted with are fake. Whatever “verification” system they use clearly doesn’t work. Do yourself a favor and skip this app.
Mmm
I like the app but yall need take the limit off on messaging people honestly
Swipe
It was cool but for some reason every time I swip right they pop up an advertisement and when I tap the “X” or “no thanks” it still won’t let me swipe and reappears
A fun way to meet new people!
Music is a huge part of my life, and I think it’s so cool that this app highlights the musical artists I have in common with someone. I’ve had several genuine conversations with people I’ve met on the app! I’ve seen other reviews of people mentioning bots and scammers, but after my account briefly being inaccessible while they did their verification, I believe the Turn Up team is taking steps to weed those “People” out.
Worth it
I’ve met some cool people only downside is all the bots!
Smh
Imagine you’re just trying to find someone to vibe with or even date and every person who texts you wants you to pay for adult services. This is what happens. Every person who texts you wants this. Fix it
