How much does Turn-Up cost?
Turn-Up has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is USD 21.78.
I thought it would be fine to use it without the subscription, just like other popular dating apps alternatives (bumble, tinder), but it seems like it is not the case. In the place where I’m located there are not a lot of users so I swiped through all of them in one day. As a result I got 4 likes… but I didn’t see any of them so I didn’t swipe them right or left. And I was actually looking (you see colors on the blurred picture and sometimes they were very distinct), but no, I didn’t meet them. So am I receiving likes from people who are not in my filters? If so, then it is a waste of my time.
And if I somehow just missed them and swiped left, then it would be nice if this app at least notified me that it was a potential match.
Overall I like the idea of this app, but it feels like I’m being tricked

The idea is quite interesting, but it all boils down to a mandatory subscription to view profiles in which you are interested or which are interested in you. What's the point of paying for something that should already be in the free version?

Nearly every account is fake
The app had promise, and I subscribed like an idiot...
it was only after the subscription did it become apparent that every person you talk to definitely is not as real as their profile suggest.....
a reverse google image search also highlighted this issue. Unfortunately apple makes it difficult to get money back in this scam operation.... This app is NOT good.

Spam Texts within 5 minutes of entering info
It’s not entirely conclusive but it IS awfully odd how after entering in my phone number I almost immediately started receiving fishing texts for the first time in a year. Bad app & even worse practices by taking advantage of lonely people for profit.
Good concept but too many scammers
I like the idea but there are waaay to meant fake people and scammers here. I wish the app did a better job in preventing those people from joining

Almost entirely scammers. 99% of the accounts I’ve interacted with are fake. Whatever “verification” system they use clearly doesn’t work. Do yourself a favor and skip this app.
