Let’s see how it goes. So far so good. -- The Emergent American, 2024-12-31 ### ***** "Better" I would like a way to filter my new incoming mail to a separate folder other than inbox so my reoccurring doesn’t pop up as priority -- kkkzztop, 2024-12-29 ### **--- "Tuta does not provide reliable server connection anymore" I have been using Tuta for years, and I used to love it. But for at least a month, I have been regularly losing server connection on both cell reception with my smart phone and wifi connection with my laptop. I have had emails bounce back to senders telling them my email address doesn't exist. I am in the midst of accepting a job offer and securing a new apartment, and it is imperative that emails from my new workplace and apartment arrive in my inbox and for me to be able to respond to them in a timely manner. I chose Tuta for its privacy and sustainability compared to other providers, and I want it to succeed and meet my needs. It is very inconvenient for me to change my email address to another provider and notify all my contacts. I want to be patient with whatever updates Tuta is making right now that are causing so many issues, but I'm about ready to switch to Proton Mail. I had to email my job explaining the server went down, and I may have missed an email. They're probably already thinking my email address looks funny and wondering who Tutanota is, and having to explain my server went down to my employer looks bad for me and for Tuta. And on top of that, Tuta just sent me an in app pop-up asking me to rate, and I couldn't even scroll down to select an option besides "I love it." I mistakenly pressed that option, and was so frustrated the app wasn't allowing me to scroll down to select another option. I couldn't even tell Tuta about the issues I'm having or that they're about to lose me as a customer! -- kthom14, 2024-12-28 ### ***** "this app is wonderful" even without subscription, i this service is the best that i use. -- bolhuisbe, 2024-12-27 ### ***** "Real Estate Professional" I like the extra layer of security to protect pertinent information. -- Killer Hart, 2024-12-27 ### *---- "I am NOT offline!!!" Why do I keep getting an error message telling me I’m offline when I try to login?? Come on, Tuta—you’re supposed to be better than this!! -- RST Clerk, 2024-12-25 ### ***-- "Dec 23 update killed it" The app has worked well until updated today. Now it fails to connect to server no matter what. This happened on two devices updated. Another device not updated works fine. One suggestion to improve the app would be a much clearer conversation thread view. As it currently is, it’s difficult to follow the conversation. Overall the app is very useful when it works. I’m sure this update will get fixed and when it does it is a good way to use Tuta mail on iOS. -- Tuta User, 2024-12-24 ### ***** "Best Privacy-Focused Email Service" If you go down the list of tradeoffs w/ other similar privacy email services, Tuta stands out. I still think for most people you should have a more typical email but that’s the case for other privacy alternatives too. Give Tuta a try. -- Grif1123, 2024-12-24 ### ***** "Best encrypted email app" I use both protonmail and Tuta. I prefer Tuta though because it’s much simpler user interface and I honestly trust German privacy laws over Swiss, which matters when it comes to making sure the app provider does what they’re saying. -- ComptonSwapMeet, 2024-12-23 ### ***** "My Only App Store Review" They deserve it... Tutanota truly stands out in the email world. What they’re doing is nothing short of revolutionary in terms of privacy and security. In an age where data breaches and invasive advertising are the norm, Tutanota offers a refreshing alternative that genuinely respects its users. Their end-to-end encryption is built into the core of the service, ensuring that your emails are private and secure by default. Unlike other providers, Tutanota doesn’t just claim to protect your data—they’ve designed their entire platform around this principle. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to use, which makes it a perfect fit for anyone, whether you’re tech-savvy or not. They’ve managed to create something both powerful and simple—a rare combination in technology. But what really sets Tutanota apart is their commitment to ethics. It’s clear they’re not just in it for profit; they’re genuinely passionate about creating a better, more secure internet. Their open-source approach and transparency about their practices are proof of this. If you’re looking for an email service that puts privacy, security, and user experience above all else, Tutanota is unmatched. They’re not just another email provider—they’re a movement toward a safer, more ethical digital world. -- claymorconqueror, 2024-12-23 [View all Tuta Mail reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Tuta Mail Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Belarus | Productivity | #199 | | Top Free | Denmark | Productivity | #229 | | Top Free | Norway | Productivity | #232 | ## Tuta Mail Discovered Keywords -
