Built for music teachers, language tutors, coaches, and academic instructors who'd rather teach than wrestle with spreadsheets. Your first two students, their lessons, notes and packages are free. Sending invoices and reminders, groups and reports are in the full version. Pay once, or subscribe. YOUR TEACHING DAY See today's lessons at a glance. Mark Done with one tap. Add notes after each session. Track who showed up, who cancelled, and what comes next this week. SCHEDULE THAT RUNS ITSELF Set up recurring lessons that repeat every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks — weekly, fortnightly, or whatever your students actually book — and change the interval later without starting over. Choose your own lesson length, and update already-scheduled lessons in one tap. Reschedule any single lesson without breaking the pattern. Add ad-hoc lessons for makeups or trials. Your iPhone calendar stays in sync automatically. TEACH GROUPS, BILL ONCE Add a class, ensemble, or study group as a single client. Set the headcount, list the participants when you know them, and name the contact person who pays. One price, one payer, one invoice — with their own sections in Students, Tuition, and Reports. TWO WAYS TO BILL Per-Lesson or Monthly Package — pick the right billing mode per student. Set the price per lesson and edit the package Total right beside it. Track partial payments, outstanding balances, and payment history without spreadsheets. Unpaid balances carry forward into later months until they're settled, so nothing quietly disappears. Turn on the optional weekly summary and get a nudge when someone still owes you — silence means everyone's paid. PROFESSIONAL INVOICES Generate PDF invoices and receipts in seconds, running to as many pages as a busy month needs. Send them through email or any sharing app. Keep every document organized in your Saved Invoices archive. HOW TO PAY, ON EVERY INVOICE Add your own payment details once — Venmo, PayPal, MobilePay, LINE Pay, a bank transfer, UPI or IBAN, or any link or QR code you already use. Every invoice and every reminder then carries a "How to pay" block, so your students can pay you directly. TutorTally never handles the money. KNOW YOUR BUSINESS See your total income this month, your top-earning students, your busiest days, and how this month compares to last. Stacked monthly bar charts show income breakdown across both billing modes. MAKE IT YOURS Customize terminology to match how you work — call them Students, Clients, Athletes, Members, or Pupils. Call sessions Lessons, Classes, or Appointments. 12 or 24-hour time. English, Danish, and Chinese. Your app, your words. PHOTOS, AUDIO, AND NOTES Capture sheet music with markings, record a student's performance, or jot down what to practice next. Every lesson, every detail, in one place. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account to create, no login to remember. Your students, lessons, and payments live on your iPhone and ride along in your iCloud backup automatically. Highly recommend especially for private music lessons. -- NBilotto, 2026-05-03 [View all TutorTally Lesson Tracker reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## TutorTally Lesson Tracker In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Lifetime access | $99.99 | | TutorTally Pro Annual | $49.99 | ## Apps Similar to TutorTally Lesson Tracker - [Super School Timetable](https://apptail.io/app/super-school-timetable-Zcib/united-states) - [Trakist: For Tutors & Coaches](https://apptail.io/app/trakist-for-tutors-coaches-zcOb/united-states) - [Lessons manager](https://apptail.io/app/lessons-manager-oNDk/united-states) - [Tim Pill Reminder](https://apptail.io/app/tim-pill-reminder-maZo/united-states) - [Blaze - Smart Attendance](https://apptail.io/app/blaze-smart-attendance-Nwzv/united-states) - [JustSign 課程簽到助手 - 教練、家教、學員記課管理](https://apptail.io/app/justsign-dOly/united-states) - [TutorTrail: Tutor Planner](https://apptail.io/app/tutortrail-tutor-planner-fQQy/united-states) - [Asbie Booking｜預約系統與客戶管理 CRM](https://apptail.io/app/asbie-booking-crm-ELjA/united-states) - [Schedule My Lessons](https://apptail.io/app/schedule-my-lessons-uVnA/united-states) - [Presence 時現](https://apptail.io/app/presence-FGxA/united-states) ## TutorTally Lesson Tracker Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/tutortally-lesson-tracker-PaFy/united-states) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/tutortally-lesson-tracker-PaFy/taiwan) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/tutortally-lesson-tracker-PaFy/hong-kong) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/tutortally-lesson-tracker-PaFy/japan) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/tutortally-lesson-tracker-PaFy/kazakhstan) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/tutortally-lesson-tracker-PaFy/brunei) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/tutortally-lesson-tracker-PaFy/poland) - [Tunisia](https://apptail.io/app/tutortally-lesson-tracker-PaFy/tunisia) - [Macao SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/tutortally-lesson-tracker-PaFy/macau) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/tutortally-lesson-tracker-PaFy/denmark) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
