Description

Tuul is not just another shared electric scooter on the market. Cars have different quality, so do scooters. Tuul is not produced in the east which is the key to longer durability, efficient recyclability and endless convenience. Tuul scooter's lifetime is at least 5 years and is 90% recyclable which makes it the most ecological scooter on earth. It's the first and only Estonian-made electric scooter developed by an IoT in-house team that has 6 years of industry experience and full control over the development, production, and app service.

More appropriate for bumpy city riding. Only downside that there is only front brake which is dangerous in slipery conditions

6€ for nothing

Wanted to use scooter but it didn’t work and I had to pay 6€ for parking fee in no-zone just because I could move it. No support response.

Drausmīga aplikācija

2021 7 января on

Latvia

Drošības nekādas! Pilnīgi nekāds apstiprinājums nav vajadzīgs lai sāktu braukt. Bērns saspaidīja aplikāciju atbloķējot skūteri - un rezultātā kāds ieraudzīja pusstundu stāvot atbloķētu skūteri un paņēma pabraukaties. Tālu gan neaizbrauca, pārbrauca pāri ceļam. 5,28€ ne par ko samaksāti! Ļoti ļoti žēl , ka jādzēš šī aplikācija, agrāk tīri labi patika izmantot šos skuterus.

For every trip they will charge 2 euro and guess what you will never get those two euros back, disgusting service, learn something from bolt.

NO REFUND.

Latdonsos on

every time I unlock a scooter it takes a €2 deposit from my bank account. And even if the ride costs €1.20 in the end the difference is not reimbursed either in application credits or straight back to my account. Trash system!
