Ustabil, utilregnelig og generelt dårlig UX. Klikflader for knapper er for små, UI og elementer kommer ikke frem flere gange ved touch berøring af brugergrænsefladen, så man kan flere gange ikke pause sin igangværende stream. Uden at lukke appen ned og åbne igen.

Virkelig dårlig søge funktion når man vil se flere film i samme serie. F.eks. Søg på Beck og der kommer kun forsider op,, umuligt at se rækkefølge. Alle titler vises ikke og man er dødt til at søge med serie nummer for at vælge. Måske Beck serien er kategoriseret forkert som fil og det ville virke bedre som serie kategori. Men det det en ommer

Jeg forstår ikke hvorfor det skal være så besværligt at se en film, vi skal hver eneste gang slette en enhed fordi der er for mange logget på. fair nok men at det næsten er muligt at finde ud af hvordan man sletter enheder så man ikke engang kan bruge appen man betaler så mange penge for er simpelthen amatøragtigt

Klokken 19.00 forsvinder billede og lyd. Jeg er nødt til at slette og geninstallere appen for at kunne se TV2 avis. Når det hakker, skal jeg bare slette appen, slukke for TV, vente 5 minutter, tænde for TV og geninstallere appen. Det er eneste app på mit smart TV med denne feature.

Jeg bruger primært appen til at caste på forhånd udvalgt indhold, og til det fungerer den fint.

Jeg finder det dog meget irriterende at den ofte (ca. hver anden dag) sender notifikationer om tilfældige programmer på tilfældige tidspunkter. Da det ikke er muligt at fravælge dette under indstillingerne, er jeg nødsaget til at slå alle app’ens notifikationer fra på systemniveau, og dermed gå glip af, potentielt set, brugbare notifikationer som f.eks. påmindelser før et program begynder. Denne funktionalitet er dog ikke noget, jeg har endnu har benyttet, men idéen er god.
