Subtitle is late
Log in and password issue
I created a VIP account on the app to watch just one episode. Then tried to log in to the website, it says incorrect password. So I tried changing the password, then log in again. It says the same thing that my password was incorrect. It’s so annoying. Now I’m trying to log in but it keeps saying “Too many requests, please try again later.” What a waste of money. My first time using this app and website and it’s already a bad experience.

I paid for a subscription for VIP access but I still can’t play the episodes for VIP and it is asking for me to pay again.

Missing subbed dramas
I purchased annual VIP a few months ago but wasn’t able to open the app for quite some time. I checked it today and was surprised to find out that the subbed dramas are missing! What gives? I want a refund since I won’t be able to watch anything on the app anymore.

There's no english subtitles for one of my fave chinese shows. I can't even watch it anywhere but here.
I’m sorry but I hate it
The english subs are reaaaally bad. Translation is barely understandable and the timing of the subs are either too late or too early. They do have a great selection of dramas. However, so many among them have episodes that arent free or dont have english subs yet :(( The app doesnt really run smoothly either. sorry, it’s really not for me. Well, for now, at least.
