I created a VIP account on the app to watch just one episode. Then tried to log in to the website, it says incorrect password. So I tried changing the password, then log in again. It says the same thing that my password was incorrect. It’s so annoying. Now I’m trying to log in but it keeps saying “Too many requests, please try again later.”  What a waste of money. My first time using this app and website and it’s already a bad experience.

I purchased annual VIP a few months ago but wasn’t able to open the app for quite some time. I checked it today and was surprised to find out that the subbed dramas are missing! What gives? I want a refund since I won’t be able to watch anything on the app anymore.

The english subs are reaaaally bad. Translation is barely understandable and the timing of the subs are either too late or too early. 

They do have a great selection of dramas. However, so many among them have episodes that arent free or dont have english subs yet :(( The app doesnt really run smoothly either. sorry, it’s really not for me. Well, for now, at least.

### ***-- "Can’t Go Full Screen on iPad"
Most recent and most urgent issue:
- When I rotate my iPad, it doesn’t go to full screen mode. It just rotates the entire vertical screen into the center of my iPad. Even when I tap the “full screen mode” on the lower right corner of the video, it won’t go full screen. It’s so frustrating because I paid for a VIP account to enjoy watching the latest episodes of some Chinese series that I like, and I can’t enjoy it with this bug.

Other issues when they updated the UI into a more “international” version:
- No more 弹幕. I enjoy reading comments floating on top of the screen while I watch shows, but now they’re gone.
- Some features were removed. For example, I was still able to vote through the app during season 1 of 乘风破浪的姐姐. But for season 2 this feature was not available anymore.

I think there are lacking of Eng Sub team. Like, I am already old waiting for Eng Subs from the previous drama and, here, there’s a new drama again. 

I am done with this network. They are putting only 1–2/3 Eng Sub (even on their app) but NEVER EVER finish it. I bet they really have no intention finishing it (it’s more like a click bait strat—I felt scammed haha) 

I regret getting VIP premium on their app as I thought there are ENG SUB provided since it’s VIP, but nope. None. Yes, there are few Eng Sub (like Ep1-3) but that’s it, never continued nor updated. 

I will not wait anymore, as there are still good dramas from other network that are committed providing us Eng Sub given that Youtube is a global social media platfrom.

But will still hope, soon, you’ll be able to manage your social media, bcs this is an asset to your business (that’s why you are here) although you aren’t maximizing it to the fullest.
