Although on my watch I can turn on and off the TV and I can switch between Netflix, Spotify etc. I can not control anything else.. neither volume nor channels. I downloaded this app because my dog ate my remote while I was in work. Once downloaded I tried to connect my phone to my tv however you need to accept the request for connection on the TV. Which I can only do with my remote!!!!!

90% of the time, it doesn’t connect with my tv(samsung Tu8000). It prompts to power on the tv again and again when the tv is already on. Even if I click ok or cancel on that prompt, nothing happen. The app hang up, not usable at all. No idea when and how it get connected. I bought this thing specially for the voice command which is available in the physical remote. Let’s say you are in YouTube, how do you search? Using tv remote? Nearly impossible to use onscreen keyboard. Voice command is the most useful thing there. So I thought if my physical original got lost or damaged I won’t be able to find a physical remote replacement easily. So a good app can be helpful even I a lose my original remote. But that voice command feature is not available in this app. So it’s not the replacement of original physical remote in any way. Only cool thing of this app is while using browser in the tv, it’s easy to navigate the cursor using the trackpad! To be honest I am feeling guilty buying this app. Want my money back, I don’t think it possible.

This crashed the moment I opened it. The second time I opened the all I was greeted with a full screen ad before the app had even loaded up. Once I tried to connect to my LG smart tv I kept getting a message that it wants to connect with my tv but just didn't work when I allowed it. It kept coming up with the same message.
