I was charge for a whole year subscription. It was clearly stated on their ad that there will be a 3 days free trial and will be charge after the trial ends. But after I tried the trial   to see if it works because my tv remote is not working. I was automatically charged for a whole year few mins after subscribing for their free trial. Definitely a scam. I tried messaging their customer support team for a refund but I received no response. You should be reported. 40$ for a remote? Really?
