## TVALB Reviews in United States

### *---- "Constant technical issues, expensive."
I prescribed for the TVAlb service for a year for $189.90 for the US/Canada region, advertised as a promotion. I have a steady 300 MB home internet but I constantly have technical issue for both the “Live” and the “catch-up” programs. The picture freezes, skips multiple minutes of the game and makes it annoying when important moments are missing. You cannot enjoy it. The customer service says the same thing over and over again: sorry, technical problem and no chance for a refund!! Avoid this company. P.S. they just reduced their price for $179.99, due to no public interest
-- Repeticio, 2025-02-23

### *---- "Lostttt"
Doesn’t work anything, they doesn’t answer when you have a problem,
Much better digitalb
-- Klismani, 2025-01-16

### **--- "Kete here keq informim mbi paketat online."
-- MarioAlbania, 2025-01-04

### *---- "Horrible"
The worse app
They charge you extra for things that they say its free and even if you pay still doesn’t work as its supposed to work
-- Sm2805, 2024-04-03

### *---- "0 stars"
Zerro sherbim klienti.
-- nedvedpavel, 2024-01-17

### *---- "Servers Down?"
Bravo biznes shqiptaresh.. Sot 13 Janar, 2023 kur e gjithe shqiptaria pret fillimin e BB VIP 3 serverat e TV ALB jane down. Shume bukur.. Do not sell more subscriptions than you can handle. Very upset customer right here! And to make things works the phone lines are busy and the online chat wont respond after greeting you.
-- Gimi., 2024-01-14

### *---- "Regjistrimet nuk punojne per asnje kanal"
Me kete versionin e fundit qe supozohet te jete me modern, regjistrimet per te pare emisone te diteve te kaluara nuk punojne me, vetem live tv punon.
Ne qofte se kjo nuk regullohet per mua ky vit eshte viti i fundit qe abonohem dhe nuk do ta rinovoj abonimin vitin qe vjen.
-- Kley2009, 2023-12-20

### *---- "Paid for the app never worked"
I paid for a full year. I can’t log into my own account. Username and password doesn’t work. Recovery doesn’t work. Pretty much nothing works
-- Yes to 100, 2023-09-09

### *---- "Stay away!"
They’re thieves. They charged me without authorization and when I requested cancelation, the rep (Arjanita) said they can’t cancel until 3 months have passed, but on their Terms and Conditions page it says “ The subscriber may withdraw at any time from the recurring monthly payment plan by canceling the service for the following month.” I had to call my bank to get a refund and stop the future charges. If they can milk you they will!
-- DJ.Albatross, 2023-06-07

### ***** "5 Star Review"
My experience with TVALB has been great! The application is easy to use and provides access to hundreds of TV channels and films that I have not been able to find elsewhere. I will continue to use this as my main streaming service and I recommend it to anyone who is thinking about whether it is worth it!!
