Absolutely hate my drive through teller in the city of Chickamauga, Ga. I started out in Ft. Oglethorpe & loved it. When I noticed you was coming to my city I was so excited until we only got 2 tellers while my other has 5 lanes. Customers has to sit in line for 30 minutes on Thursdays & Fridays which is too long to wait. There is another lane that empty so please add another line. Thanks

The app either crashes or logs me out and will not allow me to log back in. It says “account disabled.” It does this about once every two months. Then I have to call Tvfcu to fix it. Lackluster app.

App doesn’t update latest numbers. Prob same with website. It will show transactions in the log but won’t have it figured into the available or pending amounts. Sometimes will take a day. So if u keep main account low like I do, use wisely lol. Other than that it’s great.
