## TVL Pay Description
The TVL Pay app works on Apple iOS 11.0 and above.

TVL Pay is exclusively available to TV Licensing payment card and Simple Payment Plan card customers.


This free app allows you to make instant payments towards your TV Licence quickly and simply, wherever you are. 

The TVL Pay app lets you:

- Securely store your debit or credit card for quick and easy TV Licensing payments
- View your last 10 payments made through the app
- Use the in-app barcode for making payments in store at any PayPoint (at a Post Office if you live in the Channel Islands or Isle of Man)

Please note, the app is not suitable for use with the TV Licensing savings card.

Been trying to set up a direct debit on and off for years but TV licensing find this way too hard and have never been able to take a payment. The app doesn’t tell you your balance so I just pay something whenever I remember so I am always behind with payments. The whole system is prehistoric and unhelpful. It really shouldn’t be this hard to pay.

Interface is a little old fashioned looking and it’s not as user friendly as it could be, but you get used to it.
