Phoned them twice both saying it takes 48 hours and it’s been longer than that. Also a taxi payment system should have a way faster refund process. Nonetheless, refund never came through, I feel scammed -- JNBGOOD, 2025-08-19 ### ***** "Pre booked" Great reliable service. Highly recommended. -- FDinu, 2024-12-22 ### **--- "Doesn’t take card" I entered my card info after booking my taxi and he was unable to use it to pay for the ride once I got home. We had to go to the cash point. Thought the point of the app was so I could pay from my card directly and make things easier -- Louis5739302, 2024-09-29 ### *---- "Out of date" My address isn’t even in the app -- Biscuit_101, 2020-08-09 ### **--- "Good firm, terrible app" The address book they use is very outdated and it seems you have to know the actual post code, which makes it very difficult adding destinations. -- 13DD13, 2018-04-28 ### ***** "Excellent Service" Efficient and always on time. Great to download this app. Very useful for someone living in Tunbridge Wells -- Lehalvi, 2016-08-20 [View all TW Express Cars reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to TW Express Cars - [Express Taxis Kent](https://apptail.io/app/express-taxis-kent-RVh/united-kingdom) - [Kent Connected](https://apptail.io/app/kent-connected-fzm/united-kingdom) - [Premier Minicab Services](https://apptail.io/app/premier-minicab-services-zvU/united-kingdom) - [Royal Cars Private Hire](https://apptail.io/app/royal-cars-private-hire-ZWkb/united-kingdom) - [Parkside Car Service - Minicab](https://apptail.io/app/parkside-car-service-minicab-hCac/united-kingdom) - [Swift Fox Cabs](https://apptail.io/app/swift-fox-cabs-Rcbc/united-kingdom) - [EXPRESS CAR SERVICE](https://apptail.io/app/express-car-service-gqHc/united-kingdom) - [Walker Taxis.](https://apptail.io/app/walker-taxis-qTPc/united-kingdom) - [ACX Express Minicabs](https://apptail.io/app/acx-express-minicabs-wGvd/united-kingdom) - [AHS Cars](https://apptail.io/app/ahs-cars-WIso/united-kingdom) ## TW Express Cars Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/tw-express-cars-YWkb/united-kingdom) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/tw-express-cars-YWkb/united-states) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/tw-express-cars-YWkb/china) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/tw-express-cars-YWkb/new-zealand) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/tw-express-cars-YWkb/philippines) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
