It’s been years and the app still crashes when you click on a notification.

The app still feels like it was designed in 2011. Time to spend some of that fees on actually improving the app and site.

I bought 2 tickets for the courteeners early show in the 02 rits Manchester and the seller sold me the same ticket twice same order reference and same bar code reference I emailed twickets with the problem and they said there was nothing they could do £60 for 2 tickets but only ended up recieving the same one twice absolute joke and they need to sort it I was alone in Manchester unfamiliar place and didn’t know what to do all because this app allows things like this

Really disappointing platform - most of the time alerts don’t come through - on the odd occasion they do (or if I’m manually looking) the app or website crashes or glitches when trying to buy. I’m on newest iPhone with all required updates. Shame you can’t include screenshots with these reviews.

The idea - awesome. Anything that gives an alternative to giving more money to ticketmas*er gets my vote. However, the app freezes every time I get an alter notification. The logo spins and freezes and then I have to open the app manually to find the tickets because there is no way to look at notifications in the app. By the time I’ve looked up the show for high demand tickets they are gone.
