Falta de soporte ante la pérdida de acceso por códigos de respaldo
Recientemente perdí mi teléfono móvil anterior y acabo de adquirir uno nuevo. Al intentar acceder a mis cuentas, se me solicitó el código de respaldo, el cual no tenía a la mano. Al contactar al soporte técnico para buscar una solución, no recibí la ayuda necesaria, ya que no contaba con el código de respaldo, lo que resultó en la pérdida de cuentas de gran importancia. Considero que la atención al cliente no estuvo a la altura de mis expectativas.
No export function
They locked us out of the PC version and now I have to move every account manually unless they add an export options
Lack of support on PC/Mac
First they retired the windows and macOS apps.
Later on macOS at least you could use on arm the iOS apps but that is also no longer supported. Clearly doesn’t want to support users of multiple platforms.
Terrible update
The app keeps crashing all the time and in the new “improve” ui they remove the option to order your tokens, time to find a new app that does not keep making their product worse all the time
iPhone 16 font too big
This is the best app for this, but the new UI, at least on iPhone 16 Pro has very large font, so only 7 characters are visible not like in the App Store screenshots this makes all the titles useless because you can only see prefixes. I’m guessing this is a bug because it doesn’t match the screenshots. Not sure if this is related, but the app did crash when it first loaded after the update. It’s loading fine now, the font size issue is there. Once this is fixed, I can easily give 5 stars.
Ha dejado de ser la referencia…
Era usuario de esta app durante años, hasta que decidieron dar de baja la app para ordenadores y luego callar cuando sufrieron un hackeo en el que les robaron los datos de 33 millones de clientes.
Su peor defecto es la incapacidad, hecha a propósito, de exportar las claves si un día decides cambiar de app de 2FA. Créeme, no vas a querer pasar por lo que me ha pasado a mí de tener que dar de baja decenas de códigos uno por uno y darlos de alta en la nueva app. Me voy a 2FAS, con código abierto y exportable.
Datos filtrados
Funciona bien y he confiado en Authy en lugar de en otras apps. Pero han tenido una brecha de seguridad y un atacante ha robado datos de los usuarios, incluyendo nuestros números de teléfono.

Much better than the old Desktop one, but with some issues
I think that the best problem with this version is the lack of key bindings, i.e. is not possible to press command l/s to search for an account, or command c to copy the active account.
I would like to see it in future versions, will give the app 5 stars ;D
