Both babies live side by side on one screen, so at 3 AM you can see who ate last, which breast is next, who is asleep and whose diaper is due, without switching profiles. BOTH BABIES AT A GLANCE Each baby has a little drawn buddy in their own color, with a ring that fills as their next feed comes up. Today tells you what matters right now: who is feeding, who is due, and when both are asleep so you can rest too. ONE TAP, OR ONE FOR BOTH Tap Feed and Twin starts the next breast by rotation. Tap Sleep, Wake or Diaper the same way. Feed both starts a tandem feed with each baby on their own side. One-tap logs come with Undo, and any entry can be edited or moved to the other twin. KEEP YOUR TWINS IN SYNC Twin nurses' oldest advice: when one wakes to eat, feed the other too. The Sync Coach suggests it at the right moment and shows when both are likely to sleep next. Schedule Sync shows how much of the last 7 days your twins spent feeding and sleeping at the same time. ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN AND WRIST - Live Activities: each running feed and nap, with Stop and Wake, on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island - Apple Watch app: feed, sleep and diaper buttons for each baby and for both, plus watch face complications - Widgets for the Home Screen and Lock Screen, Control Center buttons and Siri ("Start feeding Mia in Twin") - Feed reminders you can answer with Start feed or Snooze NURSERY MODE From 9 PM to 7 AM Twin turns warm and dim, with big buttons and gentle confirmations, so checking on the babies never lights up the room. FEEDING, PUMPING AND THE NICU - Breast, bottle (formula or expressed, in ml or oz) and top-ups that stay one feed - Milk Ledger: pumping sessions left and right, what was fed now, put in the fridge or frozen, and your stash - For a baby still in the NICU: tube feeds, ml/kg/day and g/kg/day right on Today SLEEP, DIAPERS AND MEDICINES Naps and nights with today's total against a range for each baby's age, wet and dirty diapers with a hint when a change is due, medicines and vitamins with doses for each baby. TIMELINE AND GROWTH A 24-hour timeline shows both babies' days next to each other, with the moments they slept at the same time. Growth puts both twins on WHO percentile curves from birth weight, using corrected age for babies born early. Moments keeps their firsts with a date and a photo, and each month Twin makes a card to share with the family. THE WHOLE FAMILY Invite your partner, a grandparent or a nanny. Everyone sees the same day on their own iPhone through iCloud, and you choose who can log and who can only look. When you open Twin after a shift, it tells you what happened while you were away.
