App update

My lights do not connect after the of the app update extremely dissatisfied

App update made lights useless

The app was honestly difficult to use/understand, and now my lights are garbage until they fix the app. I just updated it and now the app doesn’t function beyond giving me a prompt asking if I want a tutorial… saying “yes” or “no” doesn’t do anything; the app is frozen.

Forced app updates before I can turn off my lights are insane!

Ruined

The latest update ruined the app!!!! All it does is freeze now!

The app was good before the update now keeps crashing!

I spent a long time making a new custom pattern and when I went to save the app froze and wouldn’t save. Since the update the app will crash suddenly.

App update, cant change effect. So glad i did not buy more sets

Used to be 5 stars, will update with new software release

This product used to be 5 stars for me, but the most recent update makes my light blink super fast between effect changes. Also the what’s new notification every time I open the app is getting annoying. Please update these issues.

VERY troublesome

The lights are great…..when working. However, they are very troublesome to link, specifically through WiFi. Often times they randomly disconnect. If multiple sets are attempted to create a group, expect a ten-fold increase in trouble. The app is equally bad, with random inexplicable error codes. Customer service is only through email (no chat or phone) and is lengthy for response time. It’s seemingly a constant “erase and reboot” remedy. For the price of these products one would expect more. Search for similar products elsewhere.

waste of $

We bought these for our restaurant & half of the settings don’t work when you try to adjust effects, hours of operation, & even as simply as selecting an effect. We had to create a entirely separate Wi-Fi network just for these lights & I find it ridiculous & wasteful.
