Twisted Road

As a bike owner, I want to be able to do everything from the app, but there are lots of features they make us do through the desktop website. As a renter, the app is user friendly, but because of the way it’s set up for the owners, there can be a delay in responses, which is optimal when trying to do a last minute rental.

The app is frustratingly buggy and poorly designed. Getting past that my son and I tried to rent a bike. He was denied due to “not meeting insurance requirements”. No details given. We contact support and were given a run around. I’d just avoid this clown show.

It's what I should have done, as an owner, tried this app and was just a waste of time, now a si how inquire , not in feinted, spring or summer! Will never know about fall because I took down my listing. Just a waste of time.

Excellent service, very similar in convenience and simplicity to Turo. Highly recommend it to everyone.

This app freezes often and certain screens won’t allow you to read the full content.

They will take all your money ! They don’t have no type of customer service you can talk to. Everything through email because it’s some little start up company then they will tell you that you owe one amount then will drain your bank account. Be aware. I wouldn’t do this if I was anyone looking to rent. The people who own the bike make it seem like you messed the bike up so that they can get a new one

I tried to use the app but was denied insurance, no reason given. I’ve had my motorcycle endorsement for over 30 years. No tickets or accidents, no info on why the decline!

It’s a good app. It really needs an iPad app.

I was charged outrageous underlying fees that I wasn’t aware of. Not to mention them taking $1,000 out of my account as a “security deposit” prior to my ride. This is crazy and I wouldn’t recommend at all.
