## Twisted Road Description
Available anywhere in the United States, Twisted Road allows motorcycle riders to rent motorcycles from fellow riders. Thousands of motorcycles are either unused or underused across the country and Twisted Road has created a platform for people to earn extra cash by renting out their bikes to local and traveling motorcyclists. We want to match owners with riders so anyone who wants to ride, can ride.

## Twisted Road Reviews in United States

### ***** "Good customer service and quality motorcycles"
the guy who runs the app is always super responsive to me as someone who rents my bike out, answering any questions that i have immediately to help me understand the process and feel comfortable renting my bike out. I’ve had responsible renters that enjoy renting my sportster and I plan on using this service more
-- ShannonE.ak, 2026-04-15

### **--- "App is glitchy"
App has so many bugs. Everytime I check saved bikes it says I have none even though I’m logged in. It will also freeze if a bike you chose is no longer available, you’ll have to close the app then go into it again. Browser is fine but the app is just unstable. I’ll check my messages on the app and it will say there aren’t any conversations as well.
-- Dropin1, 2026-01-16

### *---- "Terrible app!!!"
Totally buggy, asks for a birthdate even though I am logged in, then gives me an error when I try to checkout. Complete waste of time.
-- ballymeade234, 2025-12-07

### ***** "Living the dream!"
This service allows me to ride lots of motorcycles without owning one. I use it about once a month. I can ride all kinds of bikes.
-- Chilli177v, 2025-06-15

### *---- "Buggy app and deceptive pricing."
When I go checkout it keeps asking me for my birthdate. I’m over the minimum age required and it still keeps asking me. I tried on the desktop but decided against it because the insurance prices are insane. The cheapest option was $64 a day for a bike that cost $88 a day to rent. There’s no option to waive the insurance even if you have your own.
-- 69aces, 2025-04-15

### *---- "Terrible Support"
I got a random text from a number I’ve never interacted with stating “This is Twisted road is your bike available?” When any employee would know it is as it’s listed available and they could just book it, so I teased them for being a scammer. Turns out it wasn’t and they took down my listing after making fun of my name, as if I’d ever trust a random text. Wack professionalism. Do not recommend
-- Slotharino, 2025-02-26

### ***-- "App 3-Stars, but 5-Star Service"
As a bike owner, I want to be able to do everything from the app, but there are lots of features they make us do through the desktop website.
As a renter, the app is user friendly, but because of the way it’s set up for the owners, there can be a delay in responses, which is optimal when trying to do a last minute rental.
-- Odious Soul, 2024-09-30

### *---- "Buggy app awful support"
The app is frustratingly buggy and poorly designed. Getting past that my son and I tried to rent a bike. He was denied due to “not meeting insurance requirements”. No details given. We contact support and were given a run around. I’d just avoid this clown show.
-- Jeremy Roe, 2024-09-17

### *---- "When you see such low review rating, steer clear!"
It's what I should have done, as an owner, tried this app and was just a waste of time, now a si how inquire , not in feinted, spring or summer! Will never know about fall because I took down my listing.
Just a waste of time.
-- Samalejandre, 2024-08-29

### ***** "I Like this service"
Excellent service, very similar in convenience and simplicity to Turo. Highly recommend it to everyone.
