New mobile app is terrible!
Garbage UI setup, horrible TikTok-like format that doesn’t fit Twitch streams watching at all, Continue Watching is just GONE, finding your followed streamers as easily see what they’re doing has been made obnoxious for a garbage random front page. Aside from glitches, random crashes or even just throwing me into some random streamer’s livestream from that terrible front page (and glitching out doing that). Worst is that Twitch’s devs are just ignoring ALL previous feedback and the massive negative recent feedback. Moving ahead with garbage sideprojects that are half-baked as everything they do (including the terrible Mod View, it’s actually easier to just moderate in regular view on mobile). Out-of-touch upper management but even worse the actual devs seem equally out of touch aside from being incompetent in UI and layout design!
New layout is not good
Bring back the old layout - that was way more clear and easier to navigate!!!
Bad update
The new update ruined the app, I don’t want to scroll through livestreams like it is TikTok.
Bring the old User interface
The app runs great and is always nice to be able to watch your streamer of preference on the go. But the new user interface tries to mimic doomscrolling apps, it’s quite difficult to travel between streamer or categories because it’s always trying to stream video. Creating sound pollution and just too much going on at once. This new interface is so bad I decided to write my first ever review of something.

Downright moronic that I have to use the app to watch something on my phone and on top of that logged in.

All i use twitch for is watch cdawk darkviper and jimmyhere and its cool
Delayed chat ruins experience but no alternatives
Title says it all. Watching and participating in chat on mobile is unbearable. Most of the time I don’t even bother writing because my reactions will arrive when the moment has passed long ago. I only use this app now before I sleep to pass out over, but I can do that through browser as well, this is just slightly faster to open instead of maintaining a tab or bookmark. There is no 3rd party app or using browser when it comes to IOS and twitch so I will give them 1 star. Whoever made this decision has not watched a stream before.
Do hard to sign in
It took me 4 hours attempts and l still didn’t get in in the end l deleted the app
