Dude they keep updating this app every god damn day and nothing actually changes wtf
Bad customer service
If you have any issue with the account, helpdesk is useless. They do not help, do not read what you write to them and close the cases without resolution. I have filed a GDPR related complaint to them as they refuse to help but hold on to my data.
IOS
In IOS is not showing the watch streake please do something!
Non functional
Please make sure that when anyone gets to install or open this app they are greeted with 10 popups, email requests, “new things”, etc. Make it a nightmare to open everytime.
Worst ux change
Ever since they changed the ui/ux not showing you the streamers you are following just shoving you into a stream, it’s honestly horrible and makes me not use the app anymore

Massive downgrade
Twitch became the new tiktok for streamers and now the app charges extra for a gift sub. I am in Romania and usually it is 5€, now I pay 6.63€, I do not have any vpn in case you thought i use a different IP, my fellow friends using twitch app on phones have the same issue. Can you just turn the prices to the ones from a pc? You’ll only lose more money and people are starting to pay less and less for gift subs
