## TWS Service Description
Your Dealer Experience (YDE) is a simple, accessible and transparent connection to enhance the post vehicle sales connection between the dealer and their customer. In one unified app experience, customers can see and engage their purchased service contracts, warranties and other ownership enhancing programs (that were purchased with their vehicle) and explore new ways to protect their journey. The dealer’s service advisors have the same unified solution to support their customers when claim service is needed, removing the current multiple administrator analog service maze that diminishes a world class service moment. Customers will also stay connected with Dealer Messaging, to inspire welcome awareness of their dealer’s latest announcements, specials and events. Increasing loyalty and ownership satisfaction through each frictionless touch point...benefits everyone. It’s Your Dealer Experience in one app!

## TWS Service Reviews in United States

### *---- "Worst User Experience"
App has minimal features, a website would be more usefull
-- Fernie8827, 2026-08-14

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
This app is totally worthless. It doesn’t do anything so I have to bring the physical copy of the contract every time I have to get my vehicle serviced
-- nicholemcd1374, 2026-08-13

### *---- "App"
Thought I would try the App, what a disappointment. Scan VIN didn’t work and details of agreement, breakdown coverage was not available in the app.. Useless.. Earl Williams
-- bubbasfan, 2026-07-31

### *---- "Why bother downloading?"
I don’t understand the point of this app. It would take me to my dealership website and I’d have to navigate through it using Safari.
-- EnterSandmanNam69, 2026-05-12

### *---- "Worthless"
Go to pull up your warranty agreement and it will not let you view it. Even the files that it downloads from the app cannot be viewed. It’s crazy. It’s completely worth worthless. There is no way in using the app to find exactly what your coverages are.
-- 420munchies, 2026-01-02

### *---- "No details"
Under my agreement details it’s showing nothing when it should be showing what the contract agreement says. This app is incredibly useless! Why even advertise an app when you know it’s not going to show you squat? Not impressed at all!
-- emptrsn, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Car warranty"
Every one keeps telling me I don’t have the lifetime warranty. But I have it in contact when I bought the car. Plus payed for it in full Timothy
-- tim & steph, 2024-12-14

### *---- "Details of Service Contracts cant be seen anywhere"
I thought maybe this app would show the details. It certainly isn’t on the 1 page service contract I signed with a check box referring to a plan in a brochure. Brochure says not complete details see service contract. Shady!
Do better.
