## TX SmartPost Reviews in Singapore

### *---- "Not functioning well at all"
Unable to click the verify button
when received the email verification
-- Rainbowrainbow11, 2025-04-16

### *---- "0 star"
I don’t what is this app for? Can’t even login!
-- soul1306, 2025-03-03

### *---- "Worst app"
I cant even login and after registering, i can’t even find my shipping item.
-- Ctjoe123, 2024-12-27

### *---- "Hire a UX team???"
This is hands down the most confusing app i’ve ever used. Most basic functions are lacking, payment popup doesn’t lead to anywhere. Tried to pay but only given two options (eg. through Q credits which I don’t have). Please revamp this entire thing or you’re losing customers by the minute.
-- boooonibu, 2024-12-17

### *---- "I need to make payment to proceed"
I. Can’t. Make. Payment.

How am I suppose to fulfil the delivery?!
-- Nickname010101, 2024-12-13

### *---- "Terrible"
I am not even able to make payment… tried so hard and unable to
-- Xinxin123, 2024-12-06

### *---- "Lousy"
Lousy app. Stuck at payment and verifying email.
-- Ex Qxpress, 2024-11-26

### *---- "Not possible to make a payment"
The app is very awkward to use. But ok, after a while you can figure it out.
But: I did not manage to pay for the shipment that I set up. The popup just goes away after a while and nothing happens. No QR code appear - which it said it should.
-- jahas12, 2024-11-25

### *---- "Not functioning app"
The app is not functioning, don’t bother downloading it. I used to use Qoo10 to deliver items, but now have to use this app instead. This app is not functioning at all, the payment doesn’t work, you can’t do Paynow or credit card both, no order can be placed. Like legit that’s the core functionality of a delivery app but this app just can’t do it, not even counting in all the super bad UX of this app. So just don’t download it, use other delivery service instead.
-- lee123829362867126, 2024-11-10

### *---- "PAID TWO TIMES FOR NTG"
Don’t download this cuz you either made payment with no history tracked or it just doesn’t allow you to pay.
