About 1/3 of runs have been synced correctly and the adaptability of training plans isn’t there yet. Best use is for learning zones and then some real time monitoring. Need to use a different app to actually log runs to monitor load. Hope they work out and improve the App. Would think with a couple of devs and vibe coding it would be better -- Sam in Portland, 2026-08-30 ### **--- "Cool tech and great support" 5 months of use update: I really think they’re good people trying to make this work. Support has been friendly, receptive, and helpful. Unfortunately, I’m sorry to say this device has been only a disappointment and I can’t recommend it based on my experience. Hopefully it gets better in the future and wishing the team good luck. Original review 9/2025 I’ve been using the App and VitalPro strap for a few months now. It’s a unique training tool from a new company. Bugs and issues are to be expected as we get from even the larger, more established companies. However, the support from the company has been outstanding with responsive support team who have fixed my issues - both minor bugs and major requests. It’s not perfect yet, but it keeps getting better and they seem to care about the athletes that use the tech. -- BenBike4455, 2026-02-21 ### ***** "Finally! I know my zones!" Tymewear has been a game changer for training. I’ve had a good sense of the level of effort I’m putting out since racing professionally in the 1990’s, but the Tymewear system has helped me stay on track as my availability to train has been constrained by life. -- EMBKer, 2026-02-04 ### ***** "Great Promise of new powerful Biometric" This company is growing month by month. The product is certainly good enough now to use as a primary tool for determining zones and working out in those zones. I still watch power & HR, but this VE value is probably even more powerful as efforts progress. -- ersmed, 2026-01-10 ### ***-- "Finicky" So much wanted this strap to do what was described. It’s been 4 months and it’s been a minimum of 10 plus emails with glitches. Either the app does not record the oxygen sensor or the app doesn’t recognize the HR sensor. This after it says both connected. Then halfway through a ride it just stops recording? Now the HR monitor is eating batteries weekly. The upside is the Tymewear team is super responsive!! Then you are limited to Garmin only. Wahoo users are SOL. Really wanted to leave a positive review but frankly the tech is just not quite there IMO. -- Tymewear, 2026-01-10 ### ***** "Motivator" I have been using the Tyme Wear strap on all runs and biking for the last six weeks. For me it is a revolution in monitoring breathing combined with pulse and helps with much more efficient training. I could not be happier with me results, looking forward to follow further developments on the strap and the app! -- MattiMattrun, 2025-12-17 ### *---- "Rip my data" Paying 300$ for a device to be forced to make an online account, share HIPAA and GPS data and I can receive marketing emails too. -- Ghjbgggujj, 2025-11-24 ### ***** "TymeWear Vital Pro Review" TymeWear Vital Pro Review I’ve been using the TymeWear Vital Pro for a few months now, and my initial reaction is simple: I really like it. Performance and Accuracy I’ve completed a couple of step tests to establish my breathing and performance zones. The results closely match those from professional lab tests I’ve done in the past — a great validation of the device’s accuracy. Integration and Workflow At first, I paired the device with my iPhone to record breathing data while using other devices for power, cadence, and pace. It worked, but merging the FIT files afterward was tedious. Once I switched to recording everything through my Garmin 1050, life got much easier — all my metrics in one place. The data now syncs seamlessly to TrainingPeaks, Strava, TrainerRoad, Garmin Connect, WKO, and of course, the TymeWear app. With WKO, I can analyze the data myself, both for individual sessions and trends over time. My current routine is to run a step test monthly and then track how much time I spend in each breathing zone — either during workouts or afterward. The device comes with a breathing sensor and a heart rate monitor. I’m not a fan of the heart rate monitor, so I switched it out with one I prefer and the integration has been seamless. Support and Experience Tech support has been excellent. I’ve submitted several questions and consistently received thoughtful responses, usually within 24 hours. Overall, I’m very happy with this product. It delivers accurate, insightful data, integrates well with my training tools, and is backed by great support. Highly recommended. -- TomDianne, 2025-11-05 ### ***** "Great app and device" The app and device work great. While there are bugs sometimes, there is always prompt updates that fix issues. The information is very useful and has augmented my training. I hope the tymewear team keeps up the great work! -- Futtfjgvfj, 2025-10-29 ### *---- "Does Not Work" The Heart rate monitor works. Battery levels for the HR monitor and breathing sensors are full but the breathing monitor does not work. Followed the brief online trouble shooting steps and still nothing. -- Art O'Connor, 2025-10-26 ### ***** "I ❤️it!!!" Went from zero training to 5 days a week, without burn out. Still new and learning. Made me look at/execute workouts that have me losing weight and riding faster. Extremely excellent product. -- Inhale/Exhale, 2025-10-26 ### *---- "Does not work" Would not sync ride data back to my phone. Could not get a straight answer from CS. Returned it -- PAVoz34, 2025-10-25 ### ****- "Good stats" I have found this device to be accurate, dependable, long, lasting, and helpful in my training. My only wish is that the product is able to capture your activity before a ramp test is performed. I’ve done multiple runs and could not figure out why the unit was not capturing my stats until I realized that I had to perform a running ramp test first before the unit was able to capture my stats going forward. -- Inkeba, 2025-10-25 ### *---- "Great device poor app" The app has great potential. The device works well, but syncing the workouts with the app is horrible. Some workouts don’t get synced. Therefore data is lost. Needs rapid improve improvement with the app. -- iPad 2010, 2025-10-25 ### ****- "Great data but…" Love the device data but I have been using a Garmin heart rate monitor for years and the strap is much easier to adjust and wear. The data from Garmin is almost the same. I’m not sure what the yearly membership cost is actually getting you as a user? Don’t get me wrong I love this device and look forward to seeing it on more athletes. -- timo1956, 2025-10-25 ### ***** "Great training tool!" The VitalPro chest strap makes determining training zones easy and accurate. It also is a superior way to target and monitor training as the breathing metrics better match my perceived effort and don’t drift like heart-rate during longer sessions. I have also found the training insights and recommendations provided in the app are very helpful. -- CO Runner Bob, 2025-10-24 ### ***-- "Noisy" My background involves breathing and ventilation specifically with performance. This is a great idea, however there is still a lot of noise going on that this team didn’t seem to want to engage with me on, because they did not address. Breathing frequency is off a lot especially when running. And VE is def impacted as a result. I’ve tested against VO2 Master to get a clear understanding and unfortunately it’s just not as accurate as the claims so far. The other issue is that if you have any sort of lay development (I swim, surf, train in gym) you will struggle to get the strap adjusted appropriately. I’m sure in time adjustments will be made, and hopefully they can address concerns from customers as many of these companies fall into this same non-response issue. -- iamunscared, 2025-10-24 ### ****- "Bit buggy but helpful support" Wish they tested on smaller phones, app not working well on my SE. -- Wilm0r, 2025-09-19 ### *---- "Not working very well" Just got my Tymewear strap and so far disappointed. The app is a mess. I tried to record a hike today. I could see the data as I was hiking and asked it several times to save the hike but in the end I don’t have it. It is confusing that I have “activities” on the strap that don’t seem to line up with anything. The Apple Watch app seems to also be rubbish. It didn’t seem to record anything either. Lastly, and admittedly not and App Store compliant but the Garmin IQ data field doesn’t load either. I guess that’s what I get for jumping on early. So far it seems like a waste. -- cyclista, 2025-09-13 ### ***** "Tyme wear shirt" I am an avid mountain biker who is hoping to get stronger, to compete in some races and enjoy riding more. The shirt, app and great customer service has helped me identify training zones to get the most out of my riding. Highly recommend this product. -- Shadfly44, 2023-04-27 [View all Tymewear reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Tymewear Discovered Keywords - tyme wear ## Apps Similar to Tymewear - [Biostarks - Decode Your Health](https://apptail.io/app/biostarks-decode-your-health-USbb/united-states) ## Tymewear Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/united-states) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/united-kingdom) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/netherlands) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/spain) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/canada) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/france) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/portugal) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/germany) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/russia) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/australia) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/denmark) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/dominican-republic) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/algeria) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/ecuador) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/finland) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/greece) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/hungary) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/ireland) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/italy) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/japan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/kuwait) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/kazakhstan) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/lebanon) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/malta) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/malaysia) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/south-africa) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/argentina) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/azerbaijan) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/belgium) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/belarus) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/chile) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/china) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/czechia) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/taiwan) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/ukraine) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/vietnam) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/united-arab-emirates) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/pakistan) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/poland) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/romania) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/saudi-arabia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/sweden) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/singapore) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/turkey) - [Latvia](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/latvia) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/iceland) - [Estonia](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/estonia) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/tymewear-MSbb/croatia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
