What is Tynker?
Tynker is a complete learning system for kids to learn to code. Kids begin experimenting with visual blocks, then progress to JavaScript, Swift, and Python as they design games, build apps, and make incredible projects.

I have 3 problems. 1. Tynker keeps on randomly crashing and is worse with 2. tynker (app) not auto saving. 3. The website has more features than the app (including text coding and block categories) so why go through buying the app when it’s worse except offline?! I have downloaded this app for a trial. Logged in once and unfortunately my son didn’t like it so we have never used it again. When the trial ended I forgot to cancel the subscription which I have done as soon as I was notified about being charged. 
The app store denied a refund. Over £24 just thrown out of the window and I wonder why I have been not given a refund (cannot find any reason in terms and conditions and the app website says there is 30 day money back guarantee) and the Apple support cannot give a reason. Very surprised by Apple customer support….
