## Typefinity Description
Typing without limits on iPad and iPhone.  When it comes to on-screen keyboards, bigger IS different, and Typefinity is built to take advantage of the larger screen size on tablets and modern phones.  Stay in the flow when it's time to type a number or symbol or you need to move around, because the needed keys are right there in the main layout.  And we use the full width, not just the middle, to display word suggestions.

Ergonomics aren't sacrificed either.  The main keys are big enough to type fast, and autocorrect is fine-tuned for catching common finger misses.  You'll find using Typefinity is almost like having a full bluetooth keyboard -- without the weight and bulk!

  • Dedicated keys for accented characters in your language.
  • Option switch for typing other symbols and accented characters.

### ****- "Capitalisation"
Like this keyboard better than apples but i wish it would capitalise the right letters it never capitalises i , but if i want to put me email address in it always capitalises the first letter which is lower case. So moan over, love the <> so much easier than trying to move the cursor with a fat finger on the other keyboard on a tiny screen. So if the could sort the capital letter problem i would be so happy,  still no help on this!!! In answer to question it does it on all occasions requiring an email

I needed the tab key on my iPad 10.2 so ended up buying this keyboard, I don’t know why I didn’t buy it years ago. I now have a full blown keyboard and it’s fabulous thank you👍🏼

### ***** "If you respect your time, you have to switch to this."
The only reason why I was refusing to switch to iPhone was lack of a power-keyboard.
I needed arrow key support,  mod key support, and special key support (such as inputting pipe character |).

But any person whatsoever should switch to this keyboard. It's really ergonomic.

The only UX peeve I have is that it doesn't have an option to hide the thick bar down below on the iPhone version. This is dubious ergonomics at most, at the cost of approximately 7% of screen real estate. Not too cool, but not worth deducting a star. 

The only scary thing is that the keyboard isn't open–source, so we're just one supply chain attack from a total leak of all our key presses.
Would be cool to have Ukrainian language support (Cyrillic alphabet). This could also be solved by making the core of the keyboard open source.

A completely thorough comprehensive third-party keyboard which works seamlessly on the iPad and iPhone. All the letters, numbers, symbols, advanced text prediction functions you could ever want - including foreign language letters and accents. This keyboard app is superior to any I've used previously, and it really does deserve more credit. TIP: enable the "Show Shift Hints" setting to get the most keyboard functionality.

I use it 100% offline, no privacy issues. Loads of useful features over the regular iPhone & iPad keyboard, well worth the money.

Nit-pick request: currently it uses a mix of Helvetica on the keys caps, and another font (Avenir?) for auto-complete. Just using San Francisco would look better and more integrated, in my opinion 😊

### ***** "Superb keyboard for everyday use at modest cost"
This keyboard is excellent and is an exemplar for how a screen keyboard should be on apple platforms. I've been using it for some months now and I NEVER want to go back to the Apple default.

I've never subscribed to the Apple keyboard strategy, which forces you to take your finger away from the keyboard, in order to just reposition the cursor as little as 1 character either side of the current position.

In fact, I'm completely dissatisfied with the Apple's methods over-shooting the character I want and frustrated with invariably opening links I just want to edit or append notes to.

The Typefinity Keyboard isn't perfect, but it's just so much easier to use than any of the Apple offerings! Home and End keys would be the icing on the cake, but I understand Typefinity's dilemma of where they could be placed on their KB.

What Typefinity have provided is a great compromise.

The developer has replied to me by Email to explain that it is Apple that does not make Home/End and Up/Down navigation keys available in the developer kit ! Under the circumstances, I now think the Typefinity keyboard is faultless.

### ***** "This should be the default keyboard"
I have long struggled with the iPad/phone keyboard's lack of cursor movement and could never get on with the finger dragging stuff. This keyboard has the lot and is brilliant.  It's worth the very small cost for the cursor keys alone!
