## U by Urbeo Resident Reviews in Ireland

### ***** "Urbeo Bancroft"
I have been living in Urbeo Bancroft apartments since 2022. It been a great experience. Their maintenance team especially Mario, is an exceptional guy. As soon as you raise the ticket for maintenance, he is over it and will do the required work asap. 10/10
-- Muhammad Hurr, 2024-07-07

### ****- "Review"
Mario is very quick with reaching complaints and fixing them just the furniture can be a long wait the app is good for logging issues but my payments never work through it
-- Chelsea35NB, 2024-05-08

### ***** "Maintenance request"
The app is very helpful and hassle free, I hope my request will be dealt with in the same manner.
Thanks.
-- Ladybird2024, 2024-02-20

### ***-- "User Friendly App."
Easy to use.
Delays on auto payments however.
-- BeePurpose, 2023-05-02

### ****- "Early days but very intuitive"
Very intuitive/ straight forward
-- SMSnow95, 2023-04-21

### *---- "Really poor UX"
Excessively complex app for a very straight forward set of tasks. Clearly the maintenance team are not monitoring the maintenance requests either.
