For the past few months, this app constantly freezes on me. I literally CANNOT reserve a truck or trailer through the app because it freezes on me EVERY time I open it. Update the app, you say? I recently reserved a cargo van to move a storage unit & move stuff from my tiny apartment into storage ?the reservation was set for 11am for 24 hrs. When I went to pick it up ? 1st of all they had to have 100 deposit !? So that tied up my $!& then they’re computers went down for almost 5 hrs! The Uhaul advertised at $1995 a day! It’s not the 1st x I’ve rented 1? I finally get the keys & it’s not a van but the smallest m truck at 11 mpg? Then I stopped to file chk what time to return it? They said no 24 hr rentals! It has to be returned by 7 am! So I had time to move 1 load of storage by myself! Now I’m still here in this apartment over cluttered with stuff that should have been moved that day! I have no friends with trucks! I’m a handicapped widow on top of it on disability income! So yeah $100 for a few hours is not only way too much $ ! But They should have given me some sort of of rain check!? Cuz nothing got done & it’s their fault!
