Briefly the App reads the unique QR-code of the card with the camera. Then the user scratches and smells different scent windows on the card and using the App picks the best choice between common scents (eg. vanilla, mint, strawberry). The App then tallies the results and indicates if you appear to have a normal ability to smell or a loss-of-smell (anosmia). The results of the test do non consist of a medical diagnosis and one should not take any medical action based on the results. As this is a quick test with limited scents the test may fail to detect people with a partial loss of smell (it may give a false negative result). ## u-Smell-it Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource114/v4/f3/43/c5/f343c514-5144-e662-c9b2-c29d45b00ea0/a1a15e71-2dda-4842-a818-f23ae215cfb0_1242x2688._.PNG/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource124/v4/b6/72/98/b6729823-f27e-ef7b-1c02-9dbdeeda3042/a174f7da-953c-434d-8490-2126a49260c8_1242x2688.PNG/1242x2688.png) ## u-Smell-it Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 9 (75%) - 4 stars: 2 (17%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 1 (8%) ## u-Smell-it Reviews in United States ### *---- "Pathetic" This app exits itself out automatically every time I use it. It doesn’t allow me to use anything other than scanning the code. It’s a waste. Pathetic. -- Airplane27, 2021-07-21 ### ****- "Cannot review choices" Two features I think would make the app better are 1) the ability to go back and review choices before submitting them and 2) the ability to see right and wrong choices after the entries are scored. The scents can be confusing because the scratch-off squares are close together and the scents only approximate real-world smells. A final review would be useful for “training”. -- 901steve, 2021-02-06 ### ***** "Brilliant Solution to a Worldwide Problem" This is the cheapest and most effective way to determine if you have a loss of smell. 80% of people with Covid-19 report a loss of smell as one of the first and most persistent symptoms. It is a symptom unique to Covid-19. The app needs to support dynamic text and I haven’t tried the cards yet, but I have no doubt this will work. As a non-invasive technology costing only about 50 cents... it is by far the best solution for the “potential” screening of infected individuals. -- Femtobeam, 2020-12-11 [View all u-Smell-it reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to u-Smell-it - [Scent Marketing](https://apptail.io/app/scent-marketing-agm/united-states) - [WingMan For Recovery](https://apptail.io/app/wingman-for-recovery-BLfe/united-states) - [Product Insider](https://apptail.io/app/product-insider-Fjjl/united-states) - [AirView by TELLUS](https://apptail.io/app/airview-by-tellus-hHOl/united-states) - [AcuSpark2](https://apptail.io/app/acuspark2-Xpnn/united-states) - [Fragrance Advisor MaxManScents](https://apptail.io/app/fragrance-advisor-maxmanscents-Jnyp/united-states) - [Polismart Flash](https://apptail.io/app/polismart-flash-zHAv/united-states) - [Aroma Retail](https://apptail.io/app/aroma-retail-Wtdx/united-states) - [OPC Analysis](https://apptail.io/app/opc-analysis-ztpx/united-states) - [Allrangekit](https://apptail.io/app/allrangekit-tmpy/united-states) ## u-Smell-it Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/u-smell-it-qORd/united-states) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/u-smell-it-qORd/australia) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/u-smell-it-qORd/brunei) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/u-smell-it-qORd/canada) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/u-smell-it-qORd/dominican-republic) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/u-smell-it-qORd/south-korea) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
