U4Ea is a research-backed wellness app that uses binaural beats, pure tones, and color frequency to support how you feel — right now, in sixty seconds, on your phone. HOW IT WORKS Check in first. Four questions, no typing. Mark how you feel, where you carry it in your body, and where you want to move. U4Ea scores your seven centers — the emotional and physical zones your body already knows — and builds a session matched to your current state. Then press play. From a catalog of 385 binaural frequencies across the delta, theta, alpha, beta, and gamma ranges, U4Ea selects a combination tuned to your score. Every session is logged. A ten-second check-in after each one feeds your history, so the longer you practice, the more precisely your sessions meet you where you are. WHAT'S INSIDE — Binaural Beats & Pure Tones: frequencies matched to your seven-center score, across every brainwave range — Full Sound Library: rain, ocean, fire, forest, Tibetan bowls, color noise, and pure single-frequency tones — Schumann Bowls: a virtual instrument built from seven resonance frequencies, one per center, played with both hands in real time — Privacy-First Design: your assessment runs on-device. Only your seven-center score values ever leave your phone. Raw inputs stay local, always. THE SCIENCE Binaural beats, music therapy, and chromotherapy have been studied for decades across thousands of participants. The findings keep converging: rhythmic auditory and visual stimuli produce measurable responses in the nervous system. U4Ea combines all three, built on fourteen peer-reviewed studies. Full citations at u4eaapp.com/science. The NIH has invested over $35 million in what they call "music as medicine." Ancient healing traditions from Egypt, India, Tibet, Hawaii, and the Americas arrived at the same tools — independently, centuries apart. U4Ea is built at the intersection of that lineage and what modern research is now measuring. Schumann Bowls, AI-generated visuals, Kaleidoscope Player, Smart Sessions, unlimited Spaces, full score history, weekly check-ins, and early access to new features. Also if there is a free trial that doesn’t work on the new iOS either. I’m glad I can still navigate and use the same frequencies I’m used to although I do miss the paragraph explanations on the note and frequency details. ⚠︎ Unfortunately the app is now randomly closing out & for the profile setup it doesn’t allow you to select your profile image when you tap on the camera icon. Bc I don’t do many iOS or app updates - not only to avoid issues like this but also bc I find many hidden gem apps that have even been discontinued & removed from the store altogether ….so for this reason I’m not sure when you revamped & did so much development on it especially since I assumed U4EA was basically “abandoned” but for now I will use the older version still on my 2nd iPhone 📲 until the bugs get worked out 💪🏼. ♡ ♡ ♡ -- Venus_Virus, 2026-06-26 ### ****- "One thing I need" You really did a good job with making this app, but you need to make the volume louder. -- Please change this one thing, 2025-03-31 ### ***** "Great wellness app" I recently stumbled upon the app, and I'm completely sold! I absolutely love the concept of matching frequencies to our current mood. People often underestimate the impact of music and sounds in our daily lives, whether it's for manifesting, living, or simply enjoying the moment. I've been using U4EA for studying, walking, and before bed, and I'm excited to try it out during my meditation sessions. -- Pietkaa, 2024-02-06 ### ***** "Love it" This app and the creative team behind it are praiseworthy -- Lama Jigme, 2023-07-16 ### ***** "Game changer for the sleep deprived" As a neurodivergent with ADHD, I’ve always struggled with two things: meditation and sleep. Sleep patterns have worsened with hormone depletion due to menopause. Not anymore. I sleep so deeply and feel so rested when I use this app. I also notice a difference in mood and energy levels compared to days I don’t use it. You are my new best friend. -- Do I have to give a nickname, 2023-03-09 ### ***** "Awesome little known app" There’s no other app like this. It works perfectly and it’s so versatile. Thank you so much for making this free! -- Thunderkittycat, 2023-02-07 ### ***** "Awesome!!!" I get a good night sleep every night thanks to this. -- C-diggety, 2022-01-21 ### ***** "SIMPLY FANTASTIC!!!" First I want to thank the developers for creating this wonderful app! I hope it's always available! I have fibromyalgia and lupus and have been exploring binaural beats and frequencies for a few years. I have found them to be quiet effective for me, especially for pain control, sleep, anxiety, and fatigue. If you’ve only ever been exposed to western medicine, you may be a bit skeptical (I was!) and it may be a little hard to grasp the concept. This app has been a game changer for me! It is so user friendly and easy that you don't have to understand frequencies and binaural beats to use it and benefit from it. I'm so touched by the obvious time and care that went in to the concept and layout of this app. It is so simple that anyone can have success. To those new to binaural beats and frequencies...if you don't notice much at first, please don't give up! Everybody's different and for some the effect takes a little while. If you're sick and tired of feeling sick and tired or if you'd just like to feel better, please give this a try. It has improved my quality of life and is a true blessing to me. Good luck in your journey! -- Aunt Christie, 2021-07-24 ### ***** "Support iPad Pro PLEASE!" Really lovely and essential app for me! But unfortunately, it doesn't work well with iPad Pro. It works properly only with iPhone Pro even though the speakers of iPad Pro are much more greater than those of iPhone. -- 5k0091, 2020-01-20 ### ***** "Amazed" Thank you so much for making this incredible app! In this modern life, it became essential. -- Mauro Motta Neto, 2019-11-02 [View all U4Ea reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## U4Ea Discovered Keywords -
