⚠️ The UAE PASS app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
This app is quite frankly the embodiment of “you attract what you pay”. There is no way that these people paid anyone with an experience level of more than 2 months and average sleep time of more than 3 hours. These people cannot make apps and should not be allowed next to a computer period. How does the basic functionality of receiving an OTP message not work and you are still on the App Store? The people who have reviewed your app must’ve been drunk when approving this monstrosity. Seriously, hire some actual engineers and fix this abomination.
So bad
It doesn’t know the devices login to account , I login from mobile then I login from my Mac and didn’t recognize that there is another device logged in , shame , this app used for all legal activities and its services so bad, also many times I logged in for other apps and it doesn’t appear in the log , how I will check my security?? This app should be the most supported and most reliable app
Can’t sign up
The app doesn’t work at all. Try to create account, no luck. Allow the app to use my camera, scan my id aaannnddd nothing happened.
I saw lots of promotions of this application in Dubai. Strange.

Hi
I have been trying to register on UAE PASS but when it gets to verifying my email, the app wont accept the verification code that I am getting. I have tried this 6 times now and double checked that I am entering the code correctly, but still it refuses and there is no alternative.
And I need this to renew my residency.
