## uAttend Description
The uAttend mobile app works in conjunction with uAttend’s Cloud-Connected Time and Attendance System. Employees appreciate the convenience of in and out punching in the palm their hands while administrators and supervisors manage timecards with ease. For a personalized touch, the app displays your company logo upon login once you’ve added it to your existing uAttend account. 

SMART PUNCHING
     Hourly employees can clock in and out for work, lunches and breaks. It’s all possible in the app! To streamline the process, the app shows the next most likely punch option available to each employee. When someone is on their lunch break, they’ll return to a screen prompt to punch in from lunch.Once punched in, the employee will see their punch status along with the time, date and department they are punched into. They can even transfer departments with the touch of a button. 

DEPARTMENT TRANSFERS
    When transferring departments employees are prompted to enter the new department or search by name. Once you transfer it automatically punches you out of your existing department and punches you into the new one.

EASY ACCESS TO TIME CARDS 
   Employees with permission can view current and past time cards. It’s easy to approve or email their time cards to a supervisor or themselves in an instant.

ADDING TIPS AND EXPENSES
   Employees can add tips and expenses right from the app. This comes in handy for reporting purposes and so payroll can handle. Add expenses based on the expense codes your account has set up. Track gas, team lunches or whatever you need by selecting the category and adding the amount. Once everything is entered, you can filter by gross pay, notes, tips and expenses.

LEAVING NOTES
  Keep the lines of communication open knowing staff can write a short note to their supervisor with each punch.   

ADMINISTRATOR/SUPERVISOR FEATURES
   Administrators and supervisors enjoy real-time oversight on employee time and attendance regardless of location. The app provides a list of all employees and their punch status. At a glance you’ll know who’s in, who’s out and who’s missing. Filter by different statuses to identify who’s at lunch. Administrators view and edit all departments while supervisors view and edit departments or employees they are responsible for. Email timecards individually or to multiple people.

EDITING TIME CARDS
Within your account, you can filter by employee or department to return results. Search employees to show gross pay, overtime, benefit hours and more. Email the timecard summary for all employees and add notes before sending.As an administrator you can edit punches, facilitate group punches, approve timecards and even contact support directly from the app. If you change your pay period after the fact, there is a way to recalculate timecards as well.

First off we have been using this app at my job for over 2 years. This app has major problems! Most of the time I can’t even get it to open! It was supposed to keep track of our vacation and sick time which it does neither! The app hasn’t even been updated in over a year!

Hello I’m a business owner , my business partner and I use the app to keep track of our employees .
We been using the service of uAttend for almost three years . Lately I been disappointed about the service in the application, the app stopped working and we lost control of our employees when we are not working in our office , it is very frustrating so I would like an improvement in the application that will really help not only me but all of your customers that currently use your services .

App functions without much issue. No dark mode, and uses hyphens instead of en dashes for ranges. Could use some polish and QOL updates; for instance, useful information is occluded by my XR’s notch on the top when clicking “more” on the navigation bar, and not everything in the app is perfectly centered—auto widget-rescaling would help.

Our company started using this app to track punches in and out for the PD staff and it crashes every single time you open it. It shows the starting logo and then crashes. You have to consistently try to open the app three to four times for it to finally allow you to punch in or out. It doesn’t matter if you have full signal, 5G or even LTE. It will always crash!

One of the absolute worst time card management systems I’ve ever used. I thought ADP was bad.  If you need to clock in at 4 this app will crash 3 times before you even get a chance. It’s like it was designed to not allow users to clock in on time. Some may say, well hey just give yourself some extra time to account for the crashing. Nope, this app is sentient and somehow knows that you’re trying to do just that!

App just force-closes immediately upon trying to open. Hasn’t been usable in over a year, at least. Using the website through a phone browser is clumsy at best, so not having the app work is a problem. I would find a different timekeeping system if you’re in the market for one.

I don’t know many apps are out there for this purpose but I know this: uAttend doesn’t work as it should. The BASIC tools don’t work, like: logging in; clocking in/out; adding/removing lunch/coffee break; checking the previous weeks. 

That is BASIC functionality! I hope this company at least read their reviews because 1.9 score is trash.

I would give this app negative if possible. Fails to work properly under the easiest conditions. I cannot clock out after it took THREE HOURS to clock in. This has happened for a week now. I have been working at this company for a week.
