Last year it changed so that I couldn’t transfer out of my savings and thus had to open a second’bills’ account, annoying. I have tried several times to have my fingerprint installed and it won’t work so I have to use a password and get a text message code, I understand this is a ‘security measure’ but it’s a useless step considering I’m using my phone to log in and get the code. Transferring money should be an easy step but it’s not, other banking apps are much more straightforward. Also, and importantly there have been several times when the app seems to be offline and I can’t access my funds… what’s the point of the account if I don’t have access to my own money? Shortly after my first money transfer, they locked my account for more than 5 months. Only than they decided to unfreeze my money After 5 months of struggle. -- They Deserve 0 start, 2024-12-16 ### *---- "Passkey creation doesn’t work" For 11.91.0 I can see the passkeys I’ve created but the app doesn’t let me remove them. It says the “passkey cannot be removed right now”. I guess while trying to get this to work, I’ve reached the maximum number of passkeys allowed (4) and so I can’t create any more. I still have the most recent passkey I created in my passkey manager, but the app won’t let me use it. For 11.79.2: The app doesn’t let me create a passkey anymore. If I try, I get the error: “Maximum number of passkeys reached”. I’m not able to see any passkeys in my account. For 11.79.1: The app pushes you to log in with a passkey but it doesn’t work at all. Using a password is a pain because you have to login every time you reopen the app and it’ll ask you to enter a 2fa code sent to your email. Previously, you could stay signed in and verify via biometrics without having to go through user/password/otc entry.
