I am putting them in all correct, and it keep saying Уучлаарай, та картын мэдээллээ шалгана уу. I can’t use the app and I’ll be tracking around for business frequently. Please fix this as soon as possible. It’s unfortunate because the app has potential, but it’s very dysfunctional. -- Jeanox3, 2025-10-12 ### *---- "Payment issue" I paid for a cab in cash but it’s marked as unpaid by the driver. So my only option is to pay again if I want to use the app… fee was 20k so no small amount -- enjoyer of applications, 2025-09-26 ### ***** "Helpful" Very good service just one small update required If passenger enters can not exactly at pickup point it is not possible to start journey -- Chaddrayton, 2025-09-16 ### *---- "Хамгийн сүүлийн райд дээрээ гацсан" Төлөөд буусан бхад хамгийн сүүлийн такси барилт дээрээ гацаад дахиж такси дуудах боломжгүй гацсан апп. Үнэн тэнэг! -- 🫦🧠smsbsn, 2025-09-06 ### **--- "Trouble with app" This app is the only taxi app I was able to find for my travels to Mongolia. App setup went smoothly, I was able to hail at the airport and get to my hotel. I paid the driver in cash after seeing the bill. This is where the trouble began. The trip was never marked final/paid so the driver has made a request to be paid by credit in the app. This has completely locked out my ability to do anything in the app - including logout and hail a new ride. I have messaged via Instagram since I cannot use the basic service and it has not been resolved yet. When I asked the hotel to call me a cab that driver tried something similar with the employees account. Moral of the story, load a card so you can pay with the app and always make sure the trip is completed before the driver leaves. There is a helpful green field that appears at the top when to indicate that the trip has been completed. The technology is pretty good, but the customer experience when something goes wrong is pretty challenging. -- MorneauNorm, 2025-09-02 ### *---- "Not working" I haven’t yet received the verification text message to a US number nor a Mongolian number. Friend was able to use an American number to use the app. Be aware that payment is now possible through the app. If you pay cash, make sure the driver marks it in his app and that your app shows that payment was made before getting out of the vehicle. Drivers may not mark the fare as paid and you won’t be able to call another cab without paying again. It seems like a common scam by drivers. -- Eskay Two, 2025-09-02 ### *---- "I already paid the driver cash !" I already paid the driver and the app is forcing me to pay the driver double otherwise it won’t let me book other rides. No support whatsoever. Lousy app -- MathTeacher24601, 2025-07-11 ### *---- "Junk app" Cannot receive text verification to neither American number nor Mongolian number junk -- Reggie715, 2024-08-11 ### *---- "Unreliable" My mom lost her phone in one of the taxis. The company called the driver for me. He said there was no phone. The company had no way to return it. Two weeks later, I found out the driver gave himself 4 star from my mom's phone. Oh, and the ever increasing prices... -- Uuganbayar B, 2024-03-29 ### *---- "Taxinii angilal" Engiin taxi/comfort taxinii uniin zuruutei hernee taxi uru comfort bish bn.Umhii unertei bohir mashind km 3000tugruguur suuj bna.
