Which is annoying because I’ve had instances where I needed more than the 8sec clip given to me. I hope that gets fixed. The quality however is not awful. It could definitely be better but it gets the job done. Also I’ve had people drop off packages and never got it on PIR. But when the wind blows too hard it catches that. It’s super sensitive but also not sensitive enough in some instances. Don’t buy this, there is ZERO customer service. 1 🌟 Doorbell suddenly disconnected. When I reset, device will not enter pairing mode. I’ve tried sonic configuration, QR code configuration, nothing. Worked for a few months before suddenly stopping. That’s the only reason it got 2 🌟 instead of one. The worst part is that it seems impossible to reach any customer service.
