I just observed Uber company not paying enough to their drivers. They changed their Algorithms. If drivers doing long distance then fares Pricing 82 cent approximately per KM so no point doing long fares because 92 cents per KM car maintenance + fuel cost. Short fares are usually fine.

The platform is great in a work perspective especially how you can run the app through Apple car play on our screens in the car but what is a massive hazard is as a driver we have to be distracted to look at the offer details such as pick up/drop off etc as this info doesn’t show on the screen?? We have to either pull over or look at the phone whilst driving which is not only illegal but highly dangerous please fix the content and display of info!!

Low payments for trips compared to distance and waiting time. Does not pay fairly for waiting times and distance, sometimes due to a bug in app, it does not count it correctly, Uber cannot make an app without bugs to pay drivers correctly and customer support is ruining the user experience! We receive system generated replies for fare review submissions saying “this trip does not eligible for a fare review “, what the heck is this? Uber is doing these unfair treatments to delivery people intentionally! Everyone should report uber for scamming their drivers and for unfair payments!

Can’t update Okay

I’m uploading PTV document they accept the document but after 6 or 7 hours they reject the document. This happening from 5 months. No anyone helping me.

this fatigue management is no more than a joke , I was offline for 7 hrs and 53 mins and started back again so the app put me on hold for another 8 hours ..! now on a friday just before the Christmas holidays I have to waste my hole day because I was 7 mins early to the fatigue management time, imagine you go to your office 7 mins early and your manager asks you to work in the night shift because you were 7 mims early . Also I have another complain for one of the customer service representative who is the Supervisor at the driving team, his name was “Garry”. I was discussing the same issue with him and continuously he was not letting me complete my sentence and said “ is there anything else I can help with”. and then he hung up on me without even listening. we are drivers and uber very much so depends on us, this is not how we should be treated by uber employees. there should be some accountability for such behaviour, I have rung twice to get his details but the other representative are not sharing by saying that this is our policy not to share details of the person even if you hve to take legal actions against him . and we will sort this out internally. but my question is how would we know that this isnot being ignored and put it under the carpet ?

why the navigation sound can't be closed?

It would be great if you guys allow to use any navigator installed in my device. Your navigator is not good. Especially, on complex parts of the route
